Ive had no choice but to make public the awful experience Ive had with Aroma 360. I got suckered into a free wireless diffuser if you keep a scent subscription for 3 months. The concept is wonderful however the product is trash. My first wireless diffuser worked for about 2 weeks. After extensive trial and error, they decided to send me a new scent bottle in case that was defective. Waited for a week or so for the scent to arrive with no luck in resolving the issue. Finally they decided to replace my diffuser but unfortunately the wirless ones are discontinued. So I was sent a wired one which i accepted out of desperation. Once my wired diffuser arrived it also lasted about 2 weeks. At which now the company wants me to get back on a call with them and troubleshoot again. Im sorry but Im not a member of the Aroma360 research and development team. If two of your diffusers broke so fast by no fault of anyone here, then imagine after being owned a year or two when the warranty doesnt exist. These are signs of a company of which I dont want to do business with and better to pull the parachute cord now. I had the pleasure of working with Sal from csr recently. I wasn't happy with my purchase or the scents or the subscription. I contacted csr to return my mini diffuser and Sal was very instrumental in listening to my disappointment with the products and concerns about future purchases of the scents. He asked about the smells I most like and based on that made recommendations. All in all Sal saved me as a csr for now. He also explained to me how he uses his mini and the remote. Excellent customer service 1. The cost of the scents is almost not worth the purchase of this product, i opine. 2. Aroma you should offer small samples of all your scents for a small fee. Crs's don't know what we can't smell and $38 for 55 ml bottle is robbery. This company used to be really good, I bought a unit several years ago and enjoyed the brand. Fast forward to recently and the company is a total scam, the new unhelpful associate they put me with Ashley is useless. She basically sweet talked my wife into a bigger unit and then ghosted after for any assistance. We've created "tickets" for customer service and had zero response for a while. I have been wanting to cancel for a couple months since I never use it and they tell me to call a phone number that is available only during bankers hours, while I am at work. When you try the chat feature nobody is ever available and they send an email much later asking if they fixed your problem and want a review. Nobody has fixed my problem. Next step contacting BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order with this company after seeing a very slick ad on Facebook or Instagram. I usually don't order through companies that advertise on social media, but the website looked legit and the name, Hotel Collection, made me think it was affiliated with a home product company I've seen. The order process was simple, but the next day I attempted to log on to the site to check my order. I could not log-in with the password I know I used; after multiples attempts, with other possible passwords, I used the "reset password" link. I never received a response. I checked spam and there was nothing there. I tried multiple times to use the same reset password link over the course of the next two days (and subsequently since); not being able to log in, and not receiving a reset password email response, made me very suspicious. At that point I looked the company up online and sure enough, both Yelp and the Better Business Bureau have multiple customer reviews/complaints about this company similar to mine. I sent multiple emails to "support" asking for assistance, from resetting my password to attempting to cancel the order before it shipped. The only response I received was a generic "thank you for contacting us", "we'll be in touch..." I even found a telephone number for the company, but of course it is just a recording that says they do not have phone support and to contact them using the email address I was already using. To my surprise, I did receive emails that the product had shipped, and also when it was delivered. I didn't want the product or anything to do with this company, so I never opened the box. At that point, I used the "return portal" on the website to try and send the order back, but, even that was a bit suspicious as it states you'll receive a shipping label once you process the return. I did not. Instead, I got a message along the lines of "items in your order need to be reviewed before the return can be processed" - at that point I was very skeptical of ever hearing from the company since my previous attempts to reach them were fruitless. I noticed the box I received had a different company listed as the sender; Aroma360 - I also looked up the address to Hotel Collection, on the map the business associated with that address was listed as Aroma360 and there was a telephone number. I called that number and after about 30 minutes of being on hold someone finally answered, however their response to me was "we are no longer affiliated with Hotel Collection" and that they are a "sister company" that no longer shares space with them... not even pointing out that my package actually said "Aroma360" she didn't budge and just repeated herself. Because of that consistent lack of communication and by having no luck with the representative at Aroma360 and the many many customer reviews that were very similar to my experience, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They said they will dispute the charge with the company and block them from being able to charge me for the monthly subscription I had also signed up for, which was my initial primary concern continuing to deal with this company - if their customer service was this bad already, what could I expect in the future? That was also one of the reasons I was making so many attempts to log in to my account - that is how you "manage" or cancel your subscription. My credit card company also encouraged me to return the unopened box with "Refused - return to sender" written on it. I did finally receive the return label, but it was too late, the process was already started with my credit card company (and none of my other emails or attempts to reset my password had been returned) - and definitely the only way I could have peace of mind. Please save yourself the same hassle. The uncertainty and lack of respect for their customers is unacceptable and not worth it. It's a shame too, I was very excited to give my wife the item as an anniversary gift. read more

Love the scents BUT, you can get on Amazon and when it arrives all spilled in the bag, Amazon will take care of you, Aroma360 does not. I spent over 50.00 for oil, came in a bag and the lid was not on tight, all my scent was in the bottom of the bag. I have called, (currently on hold as I type this, 8 mins and 52 seconds and counting) emailed, called the brick and mortar store, ZERO response. Customer service is non-existent. I am very disappointed with the customer service related to defective Aroma360 diffuser I received as a birthday gift in February. I was so excited receiving it and I left it on for at least 6 hours a day and the scent bottle inserted remained full. I contacted the company which at that time it was issue to speak to anyone and they informed me that the scent lady a long time to order other scents and I am set to go. I check on auto scents shipping and after 4 month of receiving g all these bottles I realized the same bottled that was inserted i side the diffuser in February remain full. My first thought was maybe I installed it wrong. A customer walks into the office who's a mechanical engineer and I asked him to help me. He open the upper part and hood enough a white seal broken in two pieces is floating g inside the bottle that is still screwed into the diffuser. Oops it is a defective diffuser. We contacted the company, we emailed the company, we left messages and follow all the instructions given to us even sent pictures to the company per their instructions and to this day August 12 nothing is done about their defective diffuser. All I get is automatic response from their email that "Jack" will review my request and get back to me. Spending $500+ on defuser and bottles of scents with ZERO customer service is a mediocre service from so called reputable company. They make a loud humming sound and don't spray anymore. This is apparently a HUGE issue most customers have with these diffusers. Customer service are just as bad as the product. They SUCK! I ordered a product scent not knowing that you have to purchase everything separately. I received it on October, couldn't use it because the hourglass Diffuser which is $90 isn't included. The scent was $35.96, so I returned the item with a tracking and it was delivered to back to them in November 7 and no credit back to my card. I contacted Aroma via email because the phone number they list, 305 800-0360 is none working. Someone did get back to me via email on November 16 as I still haven't received no credit or nothing so I emailed again today, November 22. This is not what I've expected. So disappointing! I am still waiting (November) to hear back on my latest refund. They will send you many emails promising the issue has been resolved and your account is closed and then you get another charge. Terrible experience!!! My first purchase was the mini diffuser (Miami Heat) series that I didn't order. Needless to say, this diffuser that's been discontinued because of its reliability lasted less than a year. I later reached out to technical support where they offered to exchange the diffuser or upgrade to a larger unit and receive a full credit for the defective one, while applying the refund towards the new unit. I elected to upgrade while thinking that my new address was updated in their system after receiving cleaning solution at my new address. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, they sent my new diffuser to my old address, so no unit was delivered. Now this is the kicker, I called customer service the next day gave them once again my new address and again they "screwed " it up they put the wrong apartment number. What a bunch of incompetent people, this will the last time I'll do business with this company. read more

I tried to speak several times and he would not allow it. I finally had to yell in which in started yelling back at me. This was after being on hold for over an hour. They will try whatever tactic to retain your membership. I believe the wait time was one of those tactics, to get you to give up. I say this because for the first half hour I was on hold and apparently then had to be transferred to the loyalty department which took another half hour. This was one of the worst experience that I ever had working with a company, the product is inflated a lot and was expecting a good quality product. I got the completely opposite of it, I got a few products from this company (we are talking about hundreds of dollars) . One of the products was to use it in the car a product that comes with a self stick tape, while my wife followed all the instructions and applied to the dashboard of my car, the result was one week after the liquid holder fell while driving leaving the dashboard completely damaged with bubbles, I contacted the company to try to arrange a agreement but they refused to accept or pay for a dashboard. My experience is similar to those who were talked into the VIP program. I originally ordered a small diffuser for my home that was discreet and matched the square footage of my home. After ordering, I received an enthusiastic call from a sales rep who assured me that she had a much bet option for me if i switched to the DaVinci model because it was better suited for my home and fragrance was included monthly. My bad for not asking more questions and for falling for the hype. The machine arrived over a year ago. It is so complicated to setup, i let it sit for the first couple of months. Since I had been told the ViP program allowed me a direct line to customer service, i reached out to and received voice mall i left a message with no return calls for assistance. I tried viewing the YouTube videos linked from the company page, those didn't help. I have struggled with this machine for well over a year. And I pay monthly for it. Again, my bad for falling for that premise. After trying to place an order for holiday scents, I received a phone call, saying you don't need to place an order yours arrive monthly for free. I understand that. But those scents are not holiday. After expressing my dissatisfaction That rep told me to call the VIP number again. And make sure that my concerns were addressed, and that potentially I could be changed into a more suitable diffuser. After multiple messages, I still have not received a phone call. Miraculously several weeks later the holiday scents showed up just days before Christmas. I am so very unhappy that this company treats their customers this way after selling the hype of a VIP program. I am not sure what VIP stands for in their terms. But it certainly does not mean very important. oh, and by the way, the da Vinci machine is un slightly and does not fit well in a typical home. I wish I had never ordered any products from them. At a minimum I wish I had stayed with my original order. Don't fall for what I fell for. I contacted the finance company and tried to work something out with them and they wouldn't discuss any options with me because they are completely separate company.
