I reached out to the chat box and Samantha and KJ. I believe both responded with they did not receive any of our selfies. Correction, any of my selfies and I took six of them. I would not recommend this facility, even if my life depended on it they are very racial And I felt extremely sad because of this you would have to be there in order to actually visualize what racism looks like and actually be African-American. This is not one of those rent and raves either. I felt so sad when I seen the change in the dynamic as we tried to check in and they had me remove my husband and Actually Had me provide the information and still gave me a hard time to the point where I request requested them to cancel my rental three times before they were willing to do it again. I will never recommend this place very very dissatisfied and extremely unprofessional to say the least.

The Penske employees are very friendly and helpful and they follow up with you quickly. The prices for truck rental are reasonable and the truck was in great condition. I always use Penske now when I need a moving truck. They have many locations that fits your needs. Definitely recommend.

Not only was sit difficult to find,…read morebut the man who helped me kept saying my car would be safe if it was parked over night even after my reluctance to leave it there. I suggested I just drop off my car at home because I would feel better if I took an Uber back so I can rent the truck and he kept saying my car would be fine and didn't take my reluctance and still persisted I gave him my drivers license. He tried scanning my license and I felt very rushed and when when I wanted to know more about the truck and tools he said we'd get to that but rushed me to give him second telephone numbers. I felt like he not only did he not have customer service, but when I expressed with him how I felt uncomfortable and he asked why I felt uncomfortable, I told him it was because he was not only rushing me, but was rude! He talked down to me and made it clear that not even my own father talked to me the way he did and I wanted to cancel. I think he thought I was not very smart and said that I would be charged $50 if I cancelled (I asked him that in the beginning because the store did not look like he rented out uhauls. This man forgot his niceties, and I don't like that he rushed me and asked me for my drivers license off the bat. He needs to be more eat women kindly and everyone kindly with customer service. I am glad I cancelled. I don't accept anyone rushing me or talking rudely to me ESPECIALLY when I was about to give him a business.

I called Jaime back and he had it ready for me within an hour. When I showed up he had all the paperwork done and keys ready. I was in and out in under five minutes. Couldn't get better than that.
