That was around 6PM. 730PM comes around and no tow. We call back for an update on time and were given an estimated time of arrival at 0315am! 9 hours to get help with changing a tire. Needless to say we limped it home and changed it ourselves. The last time we ordered a tow through AAA was for my 16 year old daughter who was stranded in the middle of the street and Rancho Cucamonga Towing was dispatched through AAA. The tow was ordered at 930PM and by 11PM the tow didn't show up. The police arrived because she was stuck in the middle of Haven Av and ordered the tow for us. Rancho Cucamonga Tow arrived in less than 30 min. How its it that they are a AAA contract tow and it takes them hours to arrive. We have a pending complaint with AAA reference the issue with my daughter and on Monday we will be calling AAA to file a second complaint due to the issue with my parents.

There was the obligatory swearing and after about half an hour my brother came up with a remarkably MacGyver solution that included a Gummy Bear, part of a rag and a tiny bungee chord we happened to have in the car. We limped into town but AAA was the only real solution. Joseph was helpful and kind and respectful even though my guess is his young life included more than its share of pain and nastiness. He was a solid guy and if it was hittin' the fan I'd sure want him on my side. Thanks for the ride man. It was a pleasure to share your company. Trailer wheels were locked and was not drivable so I was stranded on E Mission, about 1 mile from Mega Truck. I called several truck shops and everyone told me they couldn't help me. When I called Mega Truck, Nick said he thinks he can help me out. Nick sent an employee to check out my trailer. The employee brainstormed and used one of my straps to tie the axle up so it wasn't hanging on the floor, in order to drive it one mile to the shop. Once at the shop, Nick and his guys really helped me out by installing a new axle drum and bearing. The whole team at Mega Truck were really professional and hard workers. I could tell they don't BS and actually care about their customers. It was a difficult period for my hot shot business, as everything was going wrong when I got stranded in Ontario, but Mega Truck really saved me. The driver appeared to be unfamiliar with the proper towing procedures and did not seem confident in what he was doing. In addition, he was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. He also threatened to have my vehicle impounded if upon arrival at the repair location, the mechanic was unavailable which I found to be inappropriate and concerning. After this experience, I contacted AAA to file a formal complaint and requested that they review this company's conduct and its eligibility to remain part of AAA's service network. I also want other AAA members to know that if this company is dispatched to assist you, you have the right to refuse service and request a different towing provider. Based on my experience, I believe customers deserve to be assisted by a professional and reputable company.

Hubby pulled over the right shoulder ... yes we had the rear driver flat tire... Thank God for keeping us safe!! Called AAA for road assistance... this towing service came within 45 minutes. Marshall A got us in the car on top of his tow truck... I am afraid of roller coaster rides lol which seemed like we we're ascending on one while driving the inclined ramp! Scary feeling for me !! Whewwww we finally was safe on top of the truck bed and after being secured off we went to the next exit ! Parked and got serviced in an empty parking lot !!! Got done in a jiffy!!
