While buying a fifth of Hennessy and a personal, I also wanted to buy a Puff Bar. She insisted I open the Puff Bar before leaving because of recent malfunctions with them. Thus, I opened my first one and sure enough it was leaking juice. She immediately grabbed me a new one and insisted I open that one as well. I did, it wasn't leaking, I gave a puff and it was all good. She is a real one for making sure I paid for quality, working products! Thank you, again! Most of the alcohol is run of the mill, nothing exotic, but they have classic selections. The prices were fair and the store was clean and tidy. This is the perfect place to grab a last minute beverage. If you are looking for a wider variety, I would check out Lee's discount liquor or Total Wine.

If you purchase a $100 bottle of wine that turns out to be corked, you're out of luck. If you buy a non-alcoholic alternative for Dry January and discover unidentified particles floating inside--even when the bottle is unopened and sealed--no exchange. If you purchase a product with an expiration date only two weeks away and ask to exchange it for one with a longer shelf life, also no. Pyramid used to be our go-to store for wine, spirits, and alcohol alternatives, but we will no longer shop here due to this inflexible policy and lack of customer support. While they do post a small sign stating this policy, its location makes it easy to miss. Buyers should be fully aware of this policy before making any purchase. Shop accordingly.

Huge selection of NA beer and cocktails. One of the employees even came and chatted with me for quite awhile about the selection and I truly enjoyed the meaningful conversation we had about the non alcoholic space and its growing popularity. I picked up a few 6-packs of Partake NA Pale and Peach Gose. It's super low calorie and I have never seen the brand anywhere else. Great customer service, friendly cashiers, and fantastic selection.
