While buying a fifth of Hennessy and a personal, I also wanted to buy a Puff Bar. She insisted I open the Puff Bar before leaving because of recent malfunctions with them. Thus, I opened my first one and sure enough it was leaking juice. She immediately grabbed me a new one and insisted I open that one as well. I did, it wasn't leaking, I gave a puff and it was all good. She is a real one for making sure I paid for quality, working products! Thank you, again! The next time I'm in town, this will be the first stop I make for any Puff Bar or Hennessy purchases!

They carry a lot of wine as well but since I'm kind of out of the wine world these days I can't comment on their offerings. Beer wise they have 4 on tap and 4 wines by the glass as well (2 red, 2 white). The walk in cooler is stocked full of all sorts of goodies. From sake to sours, hefeweizens to non-alc, they have them all. Local beers and a large selection of German imports. I was like a kid in a candy store. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside and has a comfortable, relaxed feel. The first thing I noticed was the huge wine selection. Whether you are looking for a bottle to take home or just want a glass while you hang out, there are a lot of choices. They also offer tasting flights that are reasonably priced and a good way to try a few different wines. What makes this place stand out is that it is not just for wine drinkers. The bar has a large selection of liquor, cocktails, and beer too. There's even a TV at the bar if you want to keep an eye on a game. The decor is nice without feeling fancy or stuffy. There is plenty of seating inside along with a patio outside. One thing to know is they do not serve food at this location (they have two locations), but apparently you can bring in takeout from somewhere else. The crowd seems to skew on the older side (40's and up) but it did not feel like they were catering to any particular age group. Overall, Whispering Vine feels more like a neighborhood hangout than a typical wine bar. Good wine, lots of drink options, plenty of space, and a relaxed atmosphere.

The whole family is always warm and welcoming, and very helpful. They always offer to help me carry things, take heavy things out to my car for me, and just have the most pleasant and joyful energy. Incredibly generous people who I always look forward to seeing any time I need to pick up a last minute bottle of wine.
