Beer wise they have 4 on tap and 4 wines by the glass as well (2 red, 2 white). The walk in cooler is stocked full of all sorts of goodies. From sake to sours, hefeweizens to non-alc, they have them all. Local beers and a large selection of German imports. I was like a kid in a candy store. Additionally, I happened to walk in when Jim Gaffigan was coming in to do a bottle signing of his new Fathertime Bourbon. Funny, as I'm attending his show at the GSR tonight too.

He showed me where it was, and I told him that I've been waiting years for it. (Look up Bently Heritage distillery, which was purchased by the guy who owns Foley Wines and the LV Golden Knights and renamed Minden Mill.) We had the best conversation about the distillery, the single malt, and Reno back in the day. Not enough people like Jim in the world. People like Jim will make me return again and again.

We picked up mixes, ready made drinks, non alcoholic, hard liquor, everything! The best bang for your buck would be the individual small shot glass bottles. We found a bucket of 20 in the fridge which was convenient instead of getting the entire bottle and lugging it around.

Huge selection of NA beer and cocktails. One of the employees even came and chatted with me for quite awhile about the selection and I truly enjoyed the meaningful conversation we had about the non alcoholic space and its growing popularity. I picked up a few 6-packs of Partake NA Pale and Peach Gose. It's super low calorie and I have never seen the brand anywhere else. Great customer service, friendly cashiers, and fantastic selection. Another win at Total Wine!

Yeah, the prices are a bit inflated, but you'll get that at just about any store of this type downtown. It's run by a very nice family, and I've never seen it closed for more than an hour (usually during pre-daybreak hours.) All types of beverages, including beer and liquor, in addition to many snacks and touristy items. This is definitely the place you wanna stop at to get a Reno shot glass, t-shirt, or a set of personalized dice, without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend. If you purchase a $100 bottle of wine that turns out to be corked, you're out of luck. If you buy a non-alcoholic alternative for Dry January and discover unidentified particles floating inside--even when the bottle is unopened and sealed--no exchange. If you purchase a product with an expiration date only two weeks away and ask to exchange it for one with a longer shelf life, also no. Pyramid used to be our go-to store for wine, spirits, and alcohol alternatives, but we will no longer shop here due to this inflexible policy and lack of customer support. While they do post a small sign stating this policy, its location makes it easy to miss. Buyers should be fully aware of this policy before making any purchase. Shop accordingly.
