My wife introduced to Traders Joe here in Sparks recently! I had been to the one in Reno and I was as not pleased with the parking, access getting in and out from McCarran, as well as the store's need to accommodate patrons. This Trader Joe's store is so accessible, accommodating, and To put it bluntly, I truly enjoyed the new experience of having Trade Joes here at in New Sparks. Cleanliness, open space, and very helpful personnel by introducing me to new produces that I purchased, and went back for more. An excellent addition to the Galleria Shopping Hub! read more

Trader Joe's is the best for fresh produce and quality foods, frozen or canned or whatever when you do not large warehouse quantities. The employees are always professional, proficient and personable. If you cannot find something, just ask an employee there and inevitably they will help you. The ambiance is clean, spacious, family friendly and very pleasant. Love it! read more

I had no idea there was this Trader Joe's instead of the one in Reno! This place is beyond awesome!!!! Much better parking, isn't as hectic, isn't packed like sardine can. I absolutely adore that there is now a Trader Joe's closer to me. This store is full of gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, and nut-free items. The store has an abundant variety of items on the shelf. They always have a lot of fresh herbs and vegetables. They have the same selections as the stores in Reno, such as fresh produce, bakery, meat and seafood, dairy, eggs, beer, wine, vitamins, and more. Plus they have a floral department. As well as a large selection of freezer items which include a variety of different variety of foods such as Mexican, Indian, Italian, and more. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the shelf and where they are located. The space is always clean and well organized. There is a ton of parking in a well-lit lot. The store has a very intimate feel to it. They carry a wide array of snacks for a wide variety of dietary needs. If you haven't been yet I highly suggest you check it out. read more

This is our new favorite location, and not just that it is 5 minutes from our house. Parking! There is plenty of it here, we never feel like we need to go at a specific time just to be able to park without walking for too long. Service: everyone that we have dealt with has been super friendly and accommodating! If they don't have the answers to any questions, they try to find out the answer for us. We are always asked if we found everything ok, and we say know, they try to help us locate the item or explain that an item is currently out of stock or season. Fantastic new Trader Joes in Sparks has spacious aisles, great variety of groceries you find at the usual TJs, and genuinely friendly staff! We generally get similar groceries at TJs as we would at a major grocery store except they always have seasonal items, new products, and better (lower) prices. My goto favorites are their pineapple juice, frozen gnocchi, teriyaki beef jerky. At this visit, we picked up some frozen foods and a beautiful Monstera. read more

Thrilled to have TJ's in Sparks! I'm a huge fan. I LOVE TJ's. For those not familiar, Personally, I can manage to buy everything I WANT to eat, in this store. It has a HUGE VARIETY of delicious items. However you will not find all the familiar brand names that you'd see in a large grocery store. Over the years I have found that most of their items have healthier ingredients even though this is not a health food store. If you are an ingredient reader, in search of healthier options you will be happy with a lot of items at TJ's. I cannot guarantee it, but it's been my experience that TJ's prices are OFTEN less than Sprouts and Whole Foods. Today is opening day and the store is packed. I spoke to one woman who said she came with her sister and spent a bundle and now she is back with her husband. (:-) I expect this location to be a huge success!!! It is so nice to have a Trader Joe's in the Sparks area! I actually came in the afternoon on opening day and was pleasantly surprised! The parking lot is huge so that will never be a problem. The store itself is so bright and open - you aren't having to squeeze past one another down the aisles. It is clean. Staff are friendly and efficient in their jobs. Their selection of foods is always on point and the prices are great - I always forget how reasonable it is until I am checking out. Highly recommend coming to this location! If you need flowers, roses, orchids and/or plants check out Trader Joe's! My friend is hosting a Galentine's event and we needed a variety of flowers to incorporate in a craft night. They had a ton of varieties at really low prices starting at $3.99! We grabbed about 10 different arrangements for a total of around $50! Such a great price. The cashier was so nice and helpful. She was interested in our event and we made small talk, which is refreshing nowadays. Super friendly and let us keep the bucket since we had so many. 10/10 recommend. I really enjoy the store set up at this location. I can browse the aisle without feeling rushed of as if I'm in someone's way. The store is a very welcoming environment and my family and I always enjoy our trip here. We've found some great staples to our family's diet here. I cannot begin to tell y'all my excitement about the opening of this new location! I love having a TJ's so close to home (which may also be dangerous, in a good way). Parking is great here since it's a large shopping center. This store is beautiful and has wide aisles! So two carts can easily go through side by side, and still leave room on each side. The selection is the same as the other TJ's of course, so all your beloved items are there. Same friendly employees who really seem like they enjoy working here. Since Sparks opened their doors we have been shopping at this location. Bigger parking! Large isles, fully stocked! We did most of our Thanksgiving Holiday shopping at Traders! We love their local paintings on the walls and the friendly staff. I am so EXCITED to have Trader Jo's (TJ's) in Sparks (literally around the corner from my house) and I know longer have to drive 20 minutes to go to the one in Reno! The store is huge, with wide spaces between the isles, which makes the store easy to maneuver! I have been there on the weekends and on the evenings, it has never felt crowded, and always has short check out lanes! But the big PLUS, is the staff, they are amazing and go out of their way to make sure you are finding everything you are searching for! This new Trader Joes is nice with much wider aisles than they usually have. Also it helps that Reno now has 3 Trader Joes instead of just 1 that was constantly packed. Food selection here was good and well stocked. However I was disappointed in the alcohol section of this store. I have been a Trader Joes customer for over 20 years and this location has the smallest amount of alcohol I have ever seen. I was a long time resident of California, and have been to stores in Arizona, Oregon, Washington and Michigan. It would be great if this location would stock like these other locations. read more
