Their equipment is top notch. I as a 49 year old had a blast. Yesterday I took my son and 3 of his friends here for his birthday. They had such a great time doing cooperative play. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Something that really blew my mind was how good their coffee was as well. I'm kind of a coffee snob as I have an amazing "superautomatic" espresso machine at home. The VR Cafe coffee is probably the best in the mall and quite reasonably priced. If your at the mall and need a good coffee, look for this place. You won't be disappointed. If you want to have some fun while you're at the mall, play a game or two here. This old man had a blast. I went online and made reservations, you can use debit or credit. I received a response shortly after submitting the booking request. The staff sends you reminders once you book, the closer you get to your reservation window. COVID-19 precautions are practiced here. All of the equipment is sterilized, after use. So its clean when it's your turn to put the gear on. Since the VR goggles are worn on your face, you are given a disposable mask to put on that sits between your VR goggles and your face. The goggles never touch your face. There are several choices of games to pick from. Ranging from Easy to Hard. My wife and I had never played VR type games before. Our fun here was worth the price of admission! I suggest getting here a few minutes before your scheduled time. The staff has to set you up and get you positioned. The VR games the staff facilitate really are a lot of fun, even for non-gamers like me. It's also just enough activity to work up a sweat, but not enough to drain you. You will laugh and shout a lot and truly feel submersed for a good hour. I was glad we paid extra to upgrade, as we got to play a variety of games with different degrees of difficulty. The game was super interactive and immersive, be prepared to sweat, because it's surprisingly physical! However, we ran into quite a few technical issues that took away from the overall experience. The game paused 5 to 6 times, and we had various other problems as well. At one point, my cousin's screen went completely blank, and our headphones stopped working midway through the game. These issues made it hard to stay engaged, even though the staff did their best to help. There's a lot of potential here, and once they work out the bugs, it could be a really fun and memorable activity. But right now, just be aware that it might come with a few hiccups.

The place is surprisingly loud when you first walk in. Players are shouting, screaming and fully immersed in the games, but once it was our turn, we understood why! After gearing up and watching a quick tutorial, we jumped into 30 mins of non-stop action in the Deadwood Mansion game. It had all of us moving the entire time. I walked out dripping sweat and slightly out of breath. For any germaphobes, dont worry! The staff sanitizes all equipment between sessions. There are sensors in the game that tells you when you get too close to someone else but I do question the accuracy. Cool part too is if you just watching, you can see what they're seeing as well as them wandering around the floor. they also provide stats of your game and it gets emailed. Lost a star because while we were playing, there was one worker who must've been talking on the phone or to someone else that we could hear on our game headset. Which distracted from the game. we don't want to hear your side convos. Also I think a different worker was legit yelling at us and called us dumb for not understanding where to go next. That's pretty rude when the arrow lines aren't obvious jn some points of the game. We were in a group of intermediate and beginner gamers. Dont have to yell at us. We also reserved this time about a month in advance, and one of the VRs was broken, so we had to break our group into two different sessions. Tip - bring socks with a sticky grip bottom! They don't flag this to you prior and you are forced to purchase theirs.
