So much fun! Everything was explained before going in on the movements and how everything works. Don't get too excited about all the other games on the wall! Everyone must complete the first stage which is easy so you can get your bearings and understand how it works. Covid friendly! You are more than adequately distanced in your own little "room" and still able to talk to your party through headsets. Also they Lysoled everything before and after we used the equipment.

So fun! Had a group from 10 yo to 52 yo. We started with the easiest. We will be back to try part 2. A great family activity.

Business is lucky our child wasn't seriously hurt…read more With the weather being so cold, my wife and I were looking for an indoor place to take or 18 month old. We came across Bette's, as it's right down the road from our house. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful front desk staff as it was our first time coming. They recommended us the toddler town area and said it would be the best fit for his age. In the beginning he was really enjoying himself and loved exploring all the different activities in that area. Out of nowhere, children that were much older than toddlerhood (1-3 years old) - Came in and started playing really rough, sprinting into the bounce area of toddler town, no concern for younger kids in that space. As our child was trying to navigate that bounce area in toddler town, a boy who looked to be about 5-6 years old, that we didn't know, as well as having ZERO parent supervision at that time, grabbed our 18 month old, slammed him down and held him on the ground. The child thought this was funny and laughed, as our son was screaming and crying trying to get out of the hold. It was at this point that my wife and I leaned over and had to holler multiple times to get this kid to let go of out son. Staff in the area just stood there, less that 6 feet away, like nothing was happening. If the area is for a certain age range, children above that age range should not be playing in that area for this reason. Parents need to keep an eye on their children. There needs to be better care and concern for the younger kids. Pretty bummed about the whole experience as its really close to our home, heard such great things and aren't sure if we will return because of this. Hope this helps.

It looks like your going to an office building. There's a small sign on the front door with the name of the place but i'm telling you slow down or you'll be driving round and round trying to find what's right in front of you! By far the BEST indoor play spot on the planet! I thought i had been to some pretty good ones but this one tops them all! A lot of them make you pay for each adult but here you only have to pay for your children and it's only $9! You can't beat that for a place where you can stay as long as you want and bring your own food! Just a quick note that if you want to bring a cake you have to rent out party space. Other than that you can bring your own food or have food delivered. They even give you a free game card with a few credits on it to try out a game or two. You can then pay to load it at the kiosh to play more games. They have literally everything a child's heart desires here! Just check out the photos. There's a separate area for toddlers and smaller children. I loved that I saw staff walking the floor all throughout the day to keep things tidy. If I was a child you'd have to drag me out kicking and screaming because i'd never want to leave!

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

We are from Philly and only came over to this one so we wouldn't have to deal with parking fees. Instantly regretted it. Half the dining room was empty, but we were told it's be a 30 mins wait for a table. Once we sat at the bar, we could see why. It looked like there were only 2 servers and 1 bartender. There were dirty tables, and empty glasses everywhere. The poor bartender was very nice and personable, but was running around nonstop and it was very hard to get his attention to order anything. Why there's only one on a weekend evening, makes no sense. The food and drinks were good though, I will give them that. After eating, we went to play some games. The place was fairly crowded and the same thing was happening. Dirty, empty glasses everywhere! Also, many of the games were not working properly. They need to do some serious hiring or schedule changing or get a new manager asap. I love Dave & Busters, but this was definitely my worst experience at one, and I won't be back to this location at least.

Warning: Long Review - 12th birthday party DISASTER!…read more I will start this review by saying that Monaco Indoor Karting is a fun place to go with a small group of family and friends. Their staff is very friendly and tries to help given their limited resources. However, this is not the place to have a birthday party for a large group. My husband and I had our daughter's 12th birthday party here. Her grandfather had passed away the previous month, so this was a very important party for us. When we booked our daughter's party, we were assured that they could accommodate over 25 kids. We had a total of 29 kids. Unfortunately, it was a disaster from start to finish. We arrived about 20 minutes earlier to get everything set up. To our surprise and disappointment, we were not given an event host even though it was supposed to be included in the package. Instead of the staff checking in the names of our guests that wanted to drive the go karts, my husband had to complete this task for each of our guests. Other venues where we've had our daughter's birthday parties took care of checking in each of the guests upon arrival, so this was totally unexpected. We were told to have the guests eat pizza and cake first...then the kids could drive the go karts. Typically, it's the other way around at most party venues where the kids play first then eat pizza and cake. The party room was located in the back and was a great size. The pizza and hot dogs were provided in a timely fashion and included soda, fruit punch and tea. However, one of the parents noticed that there weren't any napkins provided and was gracious enough to find some. Also, there was no water provided, which meant that I had to walk all the way to the front of the venue where the cafe was located to pick up some. Meanwhile, my husband was still checking in guests. As part of the package we selected (Corporate Package), each child was given a $10 arcade card and was supposed to get 3 go kart races. After the kids ate pizza, many of them played in the arcade area; however, some of the machines were broken. Our party was scheduled from 3-5:30pm. The first race didn't start until 4:20pm. Because we had a large group, they were split into 3 different groups which was understandable. All of the kids got the chance to have one race. However, after the first race, we waited 90 minutes before the second race even started which is totally unacceptable! There was another birthday party that started an hour after ours in the party room next to us. At one point, it felt like that party was prioritized over our party when it came to the go kart races. Did I mention that our party was scheduled from 3-5:30pm? By the time the second race started, it was 5:50pm and the majority of our guests had already gone home. We were down to 6 kids! This was very embarrassing for us. We paid for each child to have 3 races, not 1. I can understand why most people left as they were waiting for a second race that didn't happen until after 5:30pm. in the midst of this chaos, we were kicked out of the party room we were in. While we understand that we only had the room for 45 minutes, we did not have an event host to help us keep the party on track. We didn't even get the chance to cut the cake and sing happy birthday to our daughter in that room with all of her friends present. It was very upsetting. We ended up having to move all of our stuff (including the gifts she received) to the front of the venue next to the cafe area. The joke is the fact that there wasn't even another party scheduled in that room. By the time the third race started (around 6:30pm), we were down to 5 kids. Afterwards, we finally cut the cake and sang happy birthday to our daughter in the cafe area. This was by far the worst and most expensive birthday party we've ever had for our daughter. I DO NOT recommend this place for birthday parties under any circumstances unless you have less than 10 kids attending. My husband and I will never forget the sad and disappointed look in our daughter's face when we left. What was supposed to be a special day for her turned into a complete shit show and we are still mortified! I hope parents find this review helpful as I would hate for another child to go through a similar experience on their special day.
