One great thing they are doing for essential workers is giving them a complimentary deep conditioning treatment/blowout or a gloss/blowout during Feb 2021 - what a fantastic & generous way to give back. Rather than using manners, the employee blew up, harassing the driver with screaming, cursing, and getting in his face while he was simply trying to complete his job and move the truck. Blocking a driveway is a minor inconvenience and not one that warrants extreme aggression. I'd hate to think what would happen if something went wrong during an appointment and god for bid you didnt tip well, you might get hit! Remember that your actions are seen by others around you and it's important to maintain a professional aura at work even when things aren't going your way!

I booked an appointment with Miriam for bridal party glam waves, clip-in extensions, and makeup--clearly stating this was for a black tie wedding I was attending that night. The whole reason I scheduled this service was because I got off a flight from a wedding in Vegas at 7 AM this morning and needed to be camera-ready and on time. When I arrived, no one told me that Miriam doesn't specialize in this type of styling or makeup. They just let her take me back like everything was fine. I showed her a photo of myself with the exact look I wanted. Fast forward 2.5 hours--my hair looked frizzy and windblown, and my makeup hadn't even started. I was told I'd be done in under two hours. I was in tears at the front desk. Thankfully, two kind stylists rushed in to help and tried to salvage what they could in about 30 minutes--I'm truly grateful for their efforts. But still, only 3 of my 9 extensions were put in, and I looked nothing like I asked for. Worse? I was charged $316--full price--for this disaster. For reference, I paid less for my actual wedding hair and makeup, which looked 1000 times better. Because of this, I was also late to the wedding I was trying so hard to make it to in the first place. This experience was not only unprofessional--it was emotionally exhausting and unacceptable. I own a salon myself and would never allow something like this to happen to a client. If you're considering Trendz, do not book online. Call directly. Confirm your stylist is experienced in the service you need, and ask to see examples of their work.
