However, the crew left a poorly patched hole in our roof during the panel installation process. We spent 4 months and thousands of dollars trying to find a leak in the roof and fix a problem we swore had nothing to do with NTS. Finally, after many phone calls, they agreed to remove some panels for the 4th roofing company to check the roof. The hole in the roof was directly under one of the panels. The roof was repaired and we have no more water coming in. We do have bills for roof modification, chimney caps, spray foam insulation, drywall repair, painting and will need some kind of mold remediation in the attic. We called, sent pictures and email. No response, totally ghosted. I can recommend the system, but not the installation. Now I'm worried we won't have any help if we do need something. Very discouraging.

We originally bought our home back in Jan 2023 but the gutters were not installed properly and we also had a ceiling leak. Jonathan, who is the project manager at BSES, was able to come out quickly and address thoroughly all his findings with photos and even went as far as the attic to recommend even new decking with a radiant barrier. I appreciated his honesty with all his findings and what the best plan going forward would be for my budget. I also never once felt forced into getting a new roof because he also gave me the option of a roof tune-up. Short story, we ended up getting a new roof because I didnt appreciate the poor and sloppy work from the previous contractors and wouldn't want them working on my roof again. So now I just wanted to highlight some of the positive experiences I had while working with Blue Sky Energy Solutions: 1. Fast and efficient- They started on time and kept to the schedule of finishing my roof in one day. 2. Quality work- They replaced rotten support beams and used proper length nails for fastening shingles to decking. The shingles were cut straight with sharp blades and looked very neat, even, and symmetrical. They even came out the next day and adjusted any shingles or vents to the highest of standards. I really liked they even did a final walkthrough inspection on the third visit to make sure everything was done accordingly. 3. Clear Communication -All my questions were answered before, during, and after with lots of explanation and detail. I could call, text, or email and never felt like a nuisance to them. 4. Organized- Jonathan was able to get all the supplies for the roof delivered before the roof job and was even able to put up roof netting before his crew even showed up to do the work. He even scheduled our gutters to be installed a couple days after and they came on time too. 5. Clean and tidy- they used netting to catch all roof debris, magnetic nail rollers for nails, and they made it look like they were never there. 6. Great Customer Service- Jonathan was exceptional. He gave us 110% at every visit. He answered all my questions, checked all the work thoroughly, and very detailed oriented. He was the only roofer I contacted out of 3 that actually told me there was something wrong with my brand new roof. He was just a really nice genuine guy and treated me like family. 7. I asked for quotes and documents for months that were never provided. I filed a complaint against them with the insurance company, the attorney general and department insurance.

Unfortunately, dealing with Shahin Haynes made each experience less than stellar but the most recent experience with the purchase and installation of additional residential solar panels was extremely disappointing. A deposit was collected and installation was scheduled without a finalized site plan or documented design approval ever being provided to me. When installation issues surfaced, which were outside of my control, I requested to pause the project until an internal Bullet Energy plan could be reviewed and agreed upon . Shahin bluntly stated that I would forfeit my deposit if we delayed. Being financially committed to a project without an approved site plan is unacceptable. Rather than acknowledging the breakdown in process, Shahin Haynes' response was dismissive and defensive. Requests for reasonable compromise were rejected outright, and the tone of communication was unprofessional. At one point, I was told the company was not making money on a "$5K job," which is not something a customer should ever hear. In addition, Shahin suggested a solution to offset the potential loss of my deposit would be to claw-back Gage Mueller's commission. Again, as a customer, this is not something any "VP of Operations" should communicate to a customer. The installation was ultimately completed and paid in full, but the customer experience was poor from a process and communication standpoint. I escalated these concerns directly to Mr. Vogel, the COO, on December 14, 2025, and followed up again on January 7, 2026. Considering I waited two months for a response, writing a review of my experience is justified. Clear design approval, documented sign-off, and professional communication are baseline expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Bullet Energy Solutions.

YIKES!! Long story summarized, turns out a previous roof job (thanks to the ice storm of the century) done by another company a few weeks prior to this installation was done horribly rushed and incorrect (sloppy is more accurate). Given leaks appeared immediately after this install I naturally assumed it was Daylight Rangers fault. After calling Peter and informing him of the leak he immediately showed up to assess. Peter immediately identifying the issue was NOT one he had created and willingly offered to fix the job correctly (*insert mind blown emoji here!!). Super Peter ACTIVATE! Watching Peter work was like watching Michael Jordan at his PRIME!! Every detail, every angle, every crevasse was attended to perfection. Peter moved like 3 men half his age, in their prime with previous gymnast experience! After several hours of being completely and totally IN AWE at watching a master at work (just peaking in as not to disturb his Jedi flow) I wouldn't of been surprised at him doing a back flip of the roof, sticking the landing and King Kong chest pounding when the job was done!! I cannot state enough how INCREDIBLE this company is. Honor, integrity, craftsmanship, attention to detail... this man no doubt is touched by God himself and I am truly grateful our paths intertwined.
