It took me a little while to finally give him the approval to start. But he responded very quickly when we did approve, and he completed the work well beyond my expectations. Please do not give this company (Terry Trail) any money until the job is completed. I have paid him the full amount for the job. Southern Asphalt Paving start to installed a patio using concrete pavers in June, 2025, it is now the end of August 22, 2025 and the patio has not been completed. I have called numerous times during the months of July, 2025 and August, 2025, no response. They have blocked my calls and my calls go to voicemails. I have sent numerous text messages that have gone unanswered. I have spoke to Terry Trails twice and on those occasions he stated, promised, that he would come to complete the job the next day. Both times he said he was coming but never came to complete job, a NO Show!! I have been unable to use the patio because the concrete pavers are uneven and concrete pavers have not been sealed to complete the job. I wish I had vetted this company before I engaged them for this project!!!! Please do not be fooled by their friendly and down home demeanor!!! I have photos to prove that this job has not been completed.
