She was thoroughly engaged from quote through install. She consistently met all her promises, worked diligently to ensure all questions were answered, and took a vested approach making suggestions on what product and install methods would produce the best results. We had a mole issue arise a few days before install and Holly even went the extra mile to purchase and have mesh wire installed below the substrate material at the last minute on the day of install. We debated installing turf in our backyard, as our grass was difficult to grow given the landscape here in Nashville. We ended up biting the bullet and doing it! Wow is all I can say! It's a night and day difference. Our yard went from a muddy, brown area we never hung out in to an awesome, lush backyard we are loving!! Dog owners- can't recommend this enough! The guys were meticulous in leveling/grading the base and were very cognoscente about proper water drainage. It has been great for the dogs, and love that it helps prevent any smell/mold where they go to the bathroom.
