I highly recommend Jayda and Ishea for waxing, specifically for Brazilian waxes! Both of them are absolutely hands down great at what they do! They are kind, friendly, proficient and have great attention to detail! I have tried a few other wax specialists at this location and I was disappointed before I booked with Jayda and Ishea. They are the best I have found at this wax center! I can get my wax and go on about my day knowing that my area is smooth and I don't have to do any rework or plucking! The front desk staff are also amazing, kind, and helpful! I thought I had an appointment this morning and turns out I didn't but they were so accommodating and helped me out! I had an 11 appointment which was confirm multiple times and I arrived at 1055. The two girls working at the desk checked me in and then proceeded to talk about clients for 15 minutes while I waited for my appointment. It was bad to the point I was very uncomfortable (sorry clients). Not even one update about my appointment. I finally left No one attempted to contact me. Guessing the girls working didn't want to tell the owner. Even if offered a free service not sure I would be back given what I heard. read more

I've used European Wax at several locations and went to this location. horrible service from receptionist. kept letting people who were 10-20 mins late go in front of people that actually got there on time....then made a rude comment so myself and others in the waiting room just left. spend your money elsewhere read more

My 1st visit to this European wax center. The front desk staff was awesome. My waxer was Crystal , and she did an amazing job! Brazilians are never fun but she made the experience comfortable and quick and did an excellent job getting all the hair. It was a 3 hour drive to get here because I live in the middle of nowhere, but definitely worth it! I'll be back again. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I moved downstate and had to travel nearly an hour for appointments but I had been a customer for over two years and loved the salon in Orland Park. The technicians were far less careful or skilled. The customer service was atrocious and unwelcoming. When I was running late I called and was told it was no problem as long as I was less than 9 min late. I came in at 8 min late (as noted by the greeter) and she canceled my appointment and told me she couldn't get me in for another 3 hours! My old location would always work with me and was always helpful and flexible. Given the poor quality and lack of customer service I'm going elsewhere from now on. Avoid if you can!!!! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE. This place is so clean and inviting. The staff are all so kind and gentle. They make sure to educate you about your service, after-care, and future services. When I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable. They described the products they use and did a step by step walk-through during the service. Absolute worse European Wax Center I have been to, and I have been a customer for 10+ years. I live over an hour away, and was late to this appointment due to the business location being incorrect in google maps. I arrived EXACTLY 8 minutes past my appointment, literally in front of the building as I received notification and pulling open the door, when they told me they were unable to accommodate me. I called ahead to let them know about the issue, and still unapologetically we're not able to accommodate me. read more

They did a great job on my brazilian! I went in and it was a quick and easy check in. It is very nice inside, clean, and sanitized. It was my first ever brazilian and I was very nervous and scared but the specialist really makes you feel better. They talk you through it and they basically talk to you throughout the entire thing so it's not awkward at all. She did a great job and she was quick and precise. I'm not gonna lie it hurt but it is a tolerable pain and trust me, the results are well worth it. read more

They did a horrible job on my Brazilian wax and I started to bleed everywhere. They're wait is really long and takes forever to get in. I had a lot of problems with their 'Virtual Waiting Room' online and kept telling me that I was next but when I went in they still told me I had to wait for 40 minutes until I could get my wax. I do not recommend going here. read more
