The "so called" district manager Dan, bullshited the call center representative, Kim who sets up the appointments, and told her that the hinge pins were available, then when I told to ask him to make sure that they were still available, he kept dogging the phone calls to him, and never returned my calls, or hers, I called him back and they told me he was in a meeting, then told me that the pins were discontinued, just as I thought, Dan the district manager was just guessing they had those hinge pins, and should have done his job right the first time, before telling his rep that they had them , All he did by doing that was waste everyone's time and patience, I will never call that company again. The technician used old technology to remove the windshield. He used a drill with a chisel on the end in doing so he scratched the dashboard and the glass they used was not original equipment. Thus the clip holes did not line up.. The majority of windshield replacement companies use the wire technology to remove the old windshield. This technician they sent had been in the business for 20 years and still stuck in his old ways. Now they have to come back out and put another windshield in and at the same time try to repair my dashboard A company that's in the business to replace windshields should be better equipped to do the job than this. read more

I needed my windshield on my 2009 Honda CRV replaced. When my Insurance Company recommend Arrow Auto as a "preferred " company I thought I was in good hands. Technician arrived he pulled ALL the trim off from around the window, (apparently last time the windshield was replaced they used clips and glue to secure it) He said he could not replace the window because it was glued. He said I would need order new trim from the Dealership, then he would come back and do the job. Since the trim is strictly cosmetic, I ask if just the window could be replaced and I would deal with this trim. I was told no because the stay behind their work and that wouldn't look right. The next day I got a text from Arrow saying they "couldn't help us and that we need to find another provider" This time I chose Safelight they had no problem gluing the trim back on and did a great job! Very Professional, prompt & friendly. I was happy with the results and gave the Technician a nice tip:) read more

Called a week in advance to get my windshield replaced. Gave me an online quote that was acceptable. The next day when they called me to confirm they added $100 because they said they need to send 2 techs because the glass is so big. I accepted. Took time off of work for this. The morning of they call to say they forgot to schedule a second tech. I offer my help to lift the glass. They accept. An hour before the appoint they call to cancel because they tech can't get the glass in his truck. I offer to drive to him and we can put it in at his shop. Thats not good enough. The Arrow technician arrived at my house, this morning after calling me 2x to confirm & then reconfirm my appointment. The installer, Morgan was polite and extremely professional. I watched the entire installation process, from beginning to end. This guy was a total pro; he knew exactly what he was doing. He installed my new OEM windshield, and reiterated the importance of going to an Acura Dealer immediately to recalibrate the Lane Change warning system lights, and the Rain Sensor., Overall, a very pleasant & professional experience. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! customer service from the call center to the techs! I had my windshield replaced there a few times. One tech with a really thick beard was really sarcastic and rude. I showed up a couple minutes late at the rt 46 lodi location because i had car trouble and the tech got snippy with me. On another occasion I've dealt with other respectful techs. But overall the bad ruins it for the few good ones there. Try asking for a manager and the call center agents will hang up and you. They dont give out the names or numbers of managers. Instead they want your name so that the manager picks and chooses who to get back to and who not to. What kind of Mickey mouse company is this!?This company is rotten from the head down. The man that does the job is extremely unstable, was talking on the phone extensively while trying to repair my windshield, since there is no waiting area he was huffing and puffing in front of me trying to do this simple job. Installed my windshield a couple months ago, installer didn't attach my rear view mirror properly so it keeps falling off, oh and he didn't seal the bottom of the windshield so I have a huge pool of water on my passenger side floor... disguising attitudes on the phone and very rude. I took a day off to have them come and inspect the faulty installation but no one ever showed up.. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very terrible work and service was garbage. I wish I could give zero stars. They are dishonest. Dishonest. Let that sink in. In other words, they are thieves. I decided to go with the OEM replacement windshield for my 4Runner. Guess what. They installed a windshield made in China that was far from OEM. I figured it out while the guy was installing it, by looking at the markings indicating the manufacturer. It is a code, and on this one it was on the bottom edge, passenger side. I don't know why I checked, but I just did... I checked it online. I then called the company and they were rude and tried to play it off. Well that doesn't work with me. I contacted the NJ Dept Of Insurance to inquire about making a complaint, and they said since it was not paid by my insurance company they couldn't help. However they did tell me to contact the NJ Consumer Fraud bureau, so I did. They were great and very helpful. Once I called Arrow again I was met with apologies, and basically begging me not to pursue the claim with the fraud bureau. They refunded my money, said keep the windshield for free. I said I didn't want a free windshield, I wanted the one I purchased -- the one they tried to scam me with. Their scam is to sell an OEM windshield, but instead of installing that one they install their cheapest one and pocket an extra profit. Classic fraud. I'm sure they have done it thousands of times. Be smart. If you read this far, you are smart. Listen to that little voice in your head that is telling you that I am telling the truth. Take your business elsewhere. The rear window on my car was smashed over the weekend. I called Monday morning to inquire about getting someone to come out and replace it. No one was available that day but they gave me a quote and scheduled me for the next day, telling me that someone would call in the morning to give me a 2hr service window. When I got the call he actually told me he was heading out to me right then so I guess I was the first one that morning. The tech who came out's name was Ray. He was super friendly and cheerful. He did a thorough job attempting to clean up all the broken glass. Now it is glass and so there's always going to be some that gets away but he really gave it a solid effort getting everywhere he could with the ShopVac. No large pieces left. He was done in about an hour and everything is looking great. read more

I was given a two hour window of time to arrive (2:00-4:00). No one showed up, no one called. Fancy enough my RING DOORBELL picked up their van pulling into my driveway and backing out to park in the cul-de-sac at 6:50. NO ONE came to my door and then left. When I spoke to the company Randy was even less friendly then customer service had been. Told him my story he simply replied *the paperwork shows the car was not available*. How did they know that fact when the tech showed up almost 3 hours late and NEVER came to my door. He proceeded to tell me they had time Thursday to come out. She then told me that I wouldn't be covered by my insurance if I went through the dealership as they charge more and gave me an example of how much an oil change is if done through the dealer! It could be an employee but I don't care. Driving down 611 today 8/10/19 with a trailer I was surprised to see a white van pull up next to my truck and slow down even my passenger looked over the person driving the van which was an arrow automotive glass van gave us both the finger and just held it up and then sped off. I asked my passenger if it was a friend of his because I thought it was a joke. My passenger didn't know who was driving the van and I still don't know why the driver did this. But if that is the way you display professionalism well representing your company I don't think this is a company anyone should use. Actions speak louder than words. read more

Had a rock put a whole through my windshield. Made an appt with this company. Waited three days. Driver called in morning to say he would be at my house in afternoon. It was raining on and off the entire day.He was late. He proceed to tell me he left his canopy at the shop and could not fix my windshield in rain. Company then calls me back and tells me I have to wait until Friday, That is another two days. They made no accommodations for me even when it was there fault that windshield could not be fixed. The guy called when he was close (which was exactly at the start of the window when he said he would arrive) and I expected to have to go out with him for a while, move my car, etc, but he said "No, just pop your head out with the keys and I'll take care of the rest." There was a storm a couple nights ago and a branch fell and broke my windshield . I called insurance and after a couple failed attempts at calling other auto repair stores, the people at auto glass said they could make it out the next day. The next day comes around and I get a call from someone named Mike, and he said he was coming between 3 and 5. I said okay. 5:00 comes around and I get a call saying "oh it's already so late, it's going to be dark soon anyways...can I do it Monday?" Really ?! So I say no I need it done sooner . He says okay, and that he will try to schedule me for Saturday (it was friday) and that he would call me at 7:30 to confirm when he would be here . 7:30 rolls around the next morning and I receive no call. Then, I finally call him and ask what's up, and he makes a list of excuses as to why he can't do today , like he forgot what I said yesterday. So I hang up and call the company , and asked for a new person. Now have an appointment for Tuesday. Long story short , STAY AWAY. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH IT . read more

Craftsmanship lacks attention to detail. Customer service is not customer oriented. The installer decided not to use the guide pegs on the back of the new side rear quarter panel glass and consequently the glass was glued into place while leaving a noticeable gap along the bottom edge. I observed this, but did't want to act like a sidewalk superintendent while he was working. When i brought up why he took the guide peg off he said to me "you are one of those people that likes to find things wrong, right?" I later contacted the office and they put the installer on the phone with me. He told me that he could come out in three days to fix the problem by removing the glass, taking the glass with him, and leaving me without a window. He then advised that I should then call my insurance company to schedule another company to do the work for a new window. Mind you I asked him during the installation if that guide peg that he removed was necessary. He said it wasn't in the right spot. He couldn't have known this as he did not do a dry fitting yet. I just let him (John K.) work yesterday while I was working on my Blackberry and I was just looking for a reasonable solution to a problem with the glass installation, but I received nothing but attitude. I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE getting this company to come and repair a tiny crack in my windshield because, wouldn't you know it, that tiny crack became a huge crack and now I have to replace my windshield. And I have to pay for it! They neglected to tell me before the technician came to repair my windshield that Arrow Auto Glass is not responsible for any further damage that might occur while technician does work, but conveniently told me this after the damage was done. If I had known this I might have just left the windshield as it was since I am not in a financial position to buy a new windshield at this time. And, even though I have called and asked to talked to a supervisor or a manager I have gotten to speak to no one, even though when I call they say they will have someone call me back. This company was on my insurance's list of technicians who fix tiny windshield cracks and I have told them that it's bad for their customers to keep referring people to this company. I hope they will take Arrow Auto Glass all their list of vendors. Pretty bad all around. read more
