They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

On a constructive note -- consider adding a package menu earlier in the line, to give customers time to think through their options instead of deciding on the spot. And speaking of signage -- a "Stay right for hand wash" sign a little further back in the queue -- similar to the "Please Merge" sign -- could better inform customers of that service option. From my sedan, I could only see the "WASH" part of the Hand Wash sign and assumed the other side was for cars being detailed. I would've opted for a hand wash had I known. A menu and directional signage might help mitigate that confusion for future customers.

They completed repairs within 1.5 weeks and made extra efforts to allow me to pick up my vehicle even after they lost power after a hurricane hit their area. The exterior hard body work performed looks clean and at the moment I'm satisfied with how it came out. The alignment of the new front bumper with the frunk and headlights looks near perfect and the paint job matches the paint perfectly with the rest of my vehicle. In terms of restored autopilot function, I will have to drive it for a bit longer to properly evaluate if sensors were properly aligned and fixed. Very quick wash, very little time spent on it once it came through the wash- not wiped down enough and visible "white, salt (or whatever it is that makes a black car gray). I told them I wasn't happy with the result, but they've blocked me from every social media account and blocked me via phone. I'll be pursuing whatever legal action I can, but that will take ages. Save yourself the hassle and headache, and go with literally anyone else.
