I don't know why I never left a review on Yelp for Maserati of Morris County. However, I'd like to…read moredo so since they really did help me out a lot. I am going to copy & paste the 5* review I left for them on Google below. |Written 10 months ago| I just received my car back from service and I would like to give a shout out and 5-star review to Alexandra Kurpiel the client relations and service manager I dealt extensively with, AND, Chris Montero the technician who exclusively worked on my car. I highly, and I mean highly, recommend this dealership because of how Alex treated me. Not only was she super patient and extremely great to deal with given my situation, but without her, I would definitely be in a rut! My hats off to such a wonderful person!! Chris was the sole technician who worked on my car. He fixed up everything tip top, from the recalls, to the service to the damage the car received. I must say everything is running awesome. I only had a brief chance to meet him, and he was great. Even better was the work he performed. A+! Thank you both. David

Told me it would take a week to get ready and one week to arrive. It has been a month and still no car and told it is still in Chicago. Been in contact with steve who sold me car for 2 days and of course no response. Cant wait to see what other problems I encounter.

My car has officially turned ten years young and yet they treat it like a brand new car in handling the moment you give them the key to the time they are given back to you. This car has been in for a number of failures and Julio Perierra always but always treats us as important as a new car owner. The rapport has been one of Mercedes of Morristown service excellence from start to finish on any service required from big to small issues. The loaner department is excellent as well in getting you in and out quickly. Thank you Julio Perierra and Morristown of Mercedes for making breakdowns less stressful and making you feel comfortable leaving your car in excellent hands. Not to add very easy to get appointment quickly and with no hassles. A job well done bravo Mercedes of Morristown for valuing your customers and employing such reputable advisors such as Julio Perierra.

This is by far the most incompetent bodyshop I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Brought…read moremy car in the beginning of February to get suspension and bodywork fixed after a minor accident. Got the car back at the end of march with the suspension/wheel fully out of alignment and wobbling worse than when I brought it in. The rear passenger door was misaligned with a broken door handle (it was opening perfectly fine prior to bringing it in, it was only body/cosmetic damage) and I could not open my rear door at all, the handle was useless and actually half of it ended up falling off in between visits. They did an absolutely horrible job repainting, you can see every little paint line and the wheelwell itself is lumpy and not smooth and noticeably different than the other 3 wheel wells. I'm not expecting factory/stock level perfection but it is blatantly obvious where the wheelwell had to get fixed and the paint is not smooth. When we brought this up to the manager, all he said was "Oh well try to sell it when the sun's going down and they won't be able to see it". Finally brought the car back in to fix the now completely useless door handle, the paint and bodywork, and the wobbly wheels. When I picked the car up another month later, the paint and bodywork was not touched, and the door was still extremely misaligned (it sticks out so far it looks like the door is open). They also filled my tires 20PSI (TWENTY!!!!!) higher than the manufacturer recommended amount, and when I tried to bring it to his attention that they read my sticker completely wrong and it was supposed to be 44psi not 62psi, he continued to ignore my comments about it not being that high until the third time I brought it up, when I finally had to get a little short to get him to look at the manufacturer sticker with me and let the air out of my tires. Did not get an apology either. I'm just thankful he made a condescending comment about my tires being "way too low" and that they "fixed it for me" because I can't imagine what would've happened if I drove out on those severely overinflated tires. The fact that they can't even read in a straight line on a PSI sticker makes me question the quality of the rest of the work. My final straw was when I finally started pulling out of the service garage, only to immediately feel thumping and wobbling in the wheel before I even pulled out of the garage door. I drove down the road only for it to get worse and came back immediately. They found a GIANT flat- end, nearly 1/2 inch diameter bolt and washer fully stabbed into my front tire. The manager had the nerve to try to blame me and suggest I picked it up in the 5 minutes it took me to go down the road and come back instead of taking responsibility for damaging my tire inside their shop. I felt the bolt the second i put the car in reverse to pull out of the service garage. They did not replace my nearly brand new tire and just gave me a plug which is leaking and I've had to fill the tire 3 times since getting the car back. Also recently noticed a loud creaking and rattling from the back door that was "fixed" and realized that the entire interior panel of the door is literally coming off and not secured to the door. I don't think there are any words to accurately describe the horrific job they did and this shop should be ashamed of themselves. I truly cannot believe how bad of a job they did. Stay far, far away from this shop. I've never been treated so badly before and my car is honestly in worse shape now than it was when it was brought in. A quick door and wheel fix has turned into over 4 months of back and forth to fix their mediocre and unacceptable work. I dont expect perfection and I know my car will not be exactly the same as before the damage, but the lack of care and just overall terrible quality of work is absolutely unacceptable.

I purchased the vehicle on 03/21/26 from Open Road Cadillac of Morristown. At the time of purchase,…read morethe salesperson, Rodrigo, informed me and showed me documentation stating that the total financed cost of the vehicle, including taxes and all additional fees, would be $42,000. However, in May, I received a bank statement showing the total financed cost as approximately $49,000, including taxes and fees. This represents an unexpected increase of about $7,000 that was never disclosed or discussed during the purchase process. I clearly explained to Rodrigo the budget I had and specifically stated that I did not want the total cost to exceed $42,000. He assured me not to worry and confirmed both verbally and through the documentation shown to me that the final total would remain at $42,000. Since receiving the statement, I have made several attempts to contact Open Road Cadillac of Morristown to resolve this issue and correct these discrepancies. Unfortunately, my phone calls and messages have been ignored, and I have not received any response. I believe dealerships are obligated to clearly and honestly disclose all costs at the time of sale. Increasing the total amount after the purchase without proper disclosure is misleading and appears deceptive and fraudulent toward customers.
