I went based solely on the price because I paid out-of-pocket and didn't opt to use insurance. The work took roughly about an hour and I drove from the Dixie all the way out to La Grange without a single wind complaint. Seems like they did a pretty good job and if the need arose I would definitely go back again. There was a bit of a snafu--I scheduled to come but their delivery person never brought the glass to be installed. Luckily, there were two ladies at the front desk and one went and picked it up. Probably worked out in my favor because the one scheduled to come wasn't the correct one as I didn't mention my car has lane keep assist. This would've been a five-star experience if my new windshield would've been waiting for me. Oh well, accidents happen, and the front desk was very polite about the accident. While I was there two people did come in needing things corrected on their cars so it looks like sometimes things happen during install. I get it though, they do the same job over and over but never drive the car that the windshield goes in so they don't see the mistakes. They fix all of these for free of course, it's just the hassle of having to go back if necessary.

After speaking with the own Allie she assured the problem would be resolved end of work day the following day and that the console would be replaced resulting now in 3 days later . Day 3 I called and was advised it would take an additional day as they waited on the console replacement and that the liner was complete. Day 4 I called and was told the same thing so I drove over and to my disbelief I was greeted with a toolbox on my trunk , soda can etc and someone walking buy my car back and fourth as they worked on a bronco seat. They were nowhere close to the completion of my car. The headliner was only dropped, and it was never redone .. After speaking with Allie and promised more false promises the next day I removes the car. Once at the body shop the trunk lid had to be reworked and painted. After the interior inspection it showed the headliner itself was broken in 4 pieces, molding broken , trim broken even the sun visors were broken and that's just the visual inspection. If Middletown had any type of professionalism I would be provided with the company insurance instead of dragging this through court which is where this is going .
