Got there this morning, they immediately got started working on my car, took less than the 2 hours that was initially planned. I was thankful for the air conditioned waiting room. Arnold's worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with any of that hassle. Windshield is like new. I couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service and quality work! Once getting in my car I noticed the console was broken, headliner sagging, grease on the liner, as well as seeing the backing behind the new liner where the liner was cut to short now exposed and the headliner itself not completely installed. i left the car and returned the next day . After speaking with the own Allie she assured the problem would be resolved end of work day the following day and that the console would be replaced resulting now in 3 days later . Day 3 I called and was advised it would take an additional day as they waited on the console replacement and that the liner was complete. Day 4 I called and was told the same thing so I drove over and to my disbelief I was greeted with a toolbox on my trunk , soda can etc and someone walking buy my car back and fourth as they worked on a bronco seat. They were nowhere close to the completion of my car. The headliner was only dropped, and it was never redone .. After speaking with Allie and promised more false promises the next day I removes the car. Once at the body shop the trunk lid had to be reworked and painted. After the interior inspection it showed the headliner itself was broken in 4 pieces, molding broken , trim broken even the sun visors were broken and that's just the visual inspection. If Middletown had any type of professionalism I would be provided with the company insurance instead of dragging this through court which is where this is going .

All I needed was the labor for the install to save some time, since I'm perfectly capable of doing the job myself. They refused to use my parts, even though they were OEM. The policy is apparently no customer-supplied parts, period. I understand not wanting to use customer parts for more complex repairs, but for a simple tune-up like spark plugs and coils, it really shouldn't have been a problem with genuine OEM Motorcraft parts. It felt like it was purely about marking up the parts themselves rather than any real concern. For something as basic and straightforward as plugs and coils, this rule is ridiculous and frustrating. Ended up doing it myself. If you're capable of handling a basic tune-up yourself and just want to pay for labor to save time, this isn't the place their inflexible policy will waste your time instead.
