Made their online quote, showed multiple options so called them up for advice. Rep told me that they need to check exact price based on my car's VIN and call me back. That was two weeks ago, no call so far. Also filled out their online quote request (Confirmation Number: 107320) over a week ago, no call back or email. I'm not sure how they stay in business when ignoring potential clients. If you need your glass fast, probably you are better off at other companies. read more

Had a windshield replaced and it was an easy and painless experience. Only charged $238 (including tax), which was much cheaper and more convenient than if I went to the car dealership/service center. The dealer service center gave me a quote that it was going to be $380-450. The installer came to my workplace and replaced it in the parking lot. They came within the hours estimated and did a great job. No complaints and I would recommend their service to anyone in need of it. Would call again. read more

Excellent service all around!! I submitted an online quote to several auto glass companies, Arrow's quote was not the lowest, but was very competitive. I remembered I used them 3 years ago and received exceptional service then and decided to use them on this job. I accepted the quote via email and received a call from their customer service less than 5 minutes later to setup the appointment at my place of business. My appoint window was between 8-11 am, the technician called me at 7:40 am to tell me he will arrive at 8 am. He arrived at 7:50 am and went right to work completing the job 8:45. Called around for some pricing for a new wind shield for the truck which had a crack in it. Found this place, they did it for $225. Came out to my residency, removed and re attached all of the windshield stickers, took an hour. Very clean and professional. I used the location in Manchester, NH. Absolutely horrible and extremely disrespectful customer service! First time my windshield was supposed to be replaced the replacement came in broken. Appointment canceled. Second time windshield was supposed to be replaced He showed up almost 4 hours earlier than what we scheduled. Appointment scheduled at 2:00pm, he shows up at 10:30am. I get out of bed come downstairs and he's gone! Call him back and he wants to reschedule. I can't. It needs fixed today. This is the second time you guys screwed up my windshield replacement. I tell him to show up at originally scheduled time. He CALLS me back, screaming and swearing "you need to find another f*cking technician to come to your f*cking house because I refuse!" So, I all district manager and manager calls me a liar. Saying my employee never called you screaming. And we show up to your house when we can. What a joke. If I could give zero stars, I totally would. Absolutely horrible. I will pay the extra $30.00 for better customer service through Safelite!! Windshield still got replaced today. Thanks to Safelite!! The inability to give a customer at least a general time window when you will arrive is unacceptable. I was told I would get a call between 8-9 am with a 2-hour window when someone could come out to fix my window. After calling them twice, at 11am I finally got a hold of someone who told they would be by around 12:30. By 2:30, I called and was then told by 3:30-4 at the latest. Called back at 5, they said someone would be on the way soon....you get the picture. Eventually someone showed up after 6pm. I don't care what time someone can fix my car, but THE LEAST a company can do is give an honest time frame. I basically wasted an entire day waiting around when I could have gone to work and been back before the repair man. Ridiculous and unprofessional. read more
