Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.

I was told they called twice, however, I had no calls or voicemails from the company. I double checked my spam calls and blocked calls to ensure I hadn't made a mistake, and there was no call from them. I took time off work for this, and its disappointing that my time wasn't valued, and that they couldn't be honest and own up to a mistake on there part and instead tried to make it my responsibility.

Frustrating because instructions start to ensure your car has gas bc the tech may need to drive it to calibrate so...if my hilly neighborhood impacted the self described "wonky" app, then drive my car to a flatter place (which there is 200 feet away) 4/22 - finally fully repaired So subtract a star for corporate shipping and subtract a star for not finishing the calibration by driving to a flatter spot. Add back in a star because everyone was truly helpful and worked to reschedule appointments as soon as possible.

Went online and set up appt. for 7/13 for a tech to come out to my business office to fix a small chip in the windshield of my 2025 .Purple series Subaru BRZ. Didn't hear anything at all from them (except for text confirmation that it was on their schedule for that date / time frame) so I called at a little after 4:30 pm to see if they were still coming. Was advised by one rep that they were indeed still coming and she argued with me that they would not have promised any specific window because it depends on their other jobs, so I'd need to just keep waiting. Then another rep came online and advised me that "something came up" and I would need to be rescheduled. Ugh! As if that was not annyoing enough, I asked for a call back from the West Chester shop manager, only to be told I'd just need to call them (and guess what? Their number goes straight to the national customer service line anyway, so I'm right back to square one! The biggest insult was receiving a text message at aroudn 5 pm, telling me that my appointment had been rescheduled for the next morning, and that I would be taking my car in to their shop over in West Chester. Huh???! Who consulted with me on this? Do they think I do not work? Pretty ignorant of them to never reach out, then to just reschedule me and tell me I need to go to them at a certain day / time without even checking with me first! I am appalled at their customer service (or really, lack there of!) I do NOT recommend Safelite in West Chester PA. And as a small business owner myself, I ALWAYS give a business a chance to make things right first, before I would even consider writing a negative review. But these schmucks have had more than ample time to reach out to discuss this wth me, and haven't. They obviously do not care one bit. In hindsight, I should have read reviews on Google and Yelp first, before even trying to contact them. There are MULTIPLE reviews here stating the same things; they don't show, they damage vehicles, their communication is lacking to non-existant. All the same issues I have been experiencing with them. And the owner's response to other reviews? "Sorry for letting you down". That's it??? Seriously! Safelite West Chester owner: You're a cocky little ahole and your actions speak louder than your words by far! If you truly cared and were sorry, you'd do your best to make it right and CHANGE your ways. I hope you are forced to shut down sooner than later for your extreme lack of customer service. Corporate needs to step up their customer service and demand better of their franchise owners or kick you to the curb.

I recently damaged my neighbors car window while using my string trimmer. To make matters worse they were away on vacation at the time which made things very difficult for me. I contacted my insurance agent and she recommended True Blue Auto Glass. From the initial call they were friendly and accommodating. They did exactly what they committed and I did not feel the need to constantly follow up. They even called me back when they said they would call. As it turns out they replaced the glass and my neighbor was very impressed with their professionalism and made it a point to mention how courteous the tech was during the repair. I was in route from Florida when a small rock hit my windshield and caused a chip in the glass. At first I called Safelite, who I have used before. I felt their price was outrageous and called a few other places in the Phoenixville, Pa. area. When I called True Blue Auto Glass, they were by far the most accommodating, willing to work around my schedule. Because of my hectic schedule, their technician suggested he stop by and make the repair at 7:30am, on his way to work. He arrived on time, made the repair, and was on his way within 30 minutes. I found True Blue's quality to be at least equal to that of Safelite and at half the quoted price. read more

Jay was exceedingly kind and stopped by to inspect my windshield and ensure me that it was safe to drive until it could be replaced. GREAT COMPANY!!! Scheduling was very easy and quick, called on a Tuesday evening and they came out the next morning. I had a chip in my windshield and the technician come to my place of work and fixed the chip while I was at work. I received a call expecting to have to meet him at my vehicle but he called me to say that he completed the job already. He met me at the front of my building to give me the paper work. Needed windshield replaced during the rainiest the week ever. First, their quote was $50+ less than 4 other glass companies. Then these guys came out multiple times to both my home and work trying to find a "window" of time in between rain showers. Finally a company you can depend on. Fast service with people who know what their doing. They even contacted my insurance company while I was still on the phone with them. I called and went by for an appointment, and was satisfied enough with what I saw that I just left my car there that day for the repair. No, the place isn't much to look at but the guys are friendly and price was right for me. For $180, the dent is totally gone, a paintless repair, and the nicks to the paint on the trunk are professionally touched up (not perfectly repainted but much less noticeable). Service was friendly but they were busy so make an appointment. And note it is cash or check only. I'll never go around with a dent in my ride ever again. I'll bring it here and for a small price I can nearly get back to showroom.
