Mokrane showed up at my home. He was very professional with a kind demeanor. He told me that I should have the work done at the Willie grove shop because my garage temp was too cold to dry the glue. I agreed and after that, everything went like clockwork. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. It was a job well done and greatly appreciated. The waiting room was fine. Next time, I will go directly to the shop.

She also "reminded" me when I checked in that "You have to pay me [Amount]." When I then went to hand her my card she became even more annoyed and said "not now!" More annoying was the gunk (no other way to describe it) on my dashboard, touch screen and console. It was brown and tacky. I'll have to scrub the dash to get the remnant stains out; fortunately it came up easy from the touch screen and dash. There was also a lot of debris, looked like bit of black rubber insulation on the seats and floor. So the work seems good, but the customer service and clean up after were both poor. Rock hit my windshield on the highway, so my windshield had to get replaced, and my local Volvo repair shop recommended this place, not too far from me, so it worked out nicely. They have Wi-Fi in the shop, plus a Keurig machine, so I was able to work while waiting, which was convenient. There's a dog there that's friendly as well as the people, who were all really good at explaining everything, including the insurance piece. Hopefully I don't have to go back again anytime soon, but if I find myself in another pinch or know someone who is, I'd send them here!
