After posting my review, Stone's insurance company immediately tripled their offer to settle in exchange for removing my negative review. I refused, because it still does not cover the cost of fixing the problems with Stone's plumbing installation. However, I wanted to share my experience so everyone knows they pay to have negative reviews removed. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumber. And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.

I feel they are committed to their workmanship as they ordered a transmission for my Cadillac and it was not working to their specification so ordered another.
