We were able to schedule our inspection with Russ a mere three days after signing our contract. The day of the inspection Russ arrived at the property EARLY. He explained the inspection to us, and advised he would answer any questions we had and take the time to highlight any items of concern. Russ (Owner/Operator) gave me a 3 day turnaround, but ended coming out the very next day due to a cancellation he had. His professionalism along with his communicational and organized approach is some the best I have had from any vendor that I have hired.
