It's time to update my review. It's been almost 2 years and I am so glad I took the chance and walked through the doors. I am so much healthier, happier and strong enough to kick some ass! This was the best choice I have ever made for myself and my results speak for themselves. I recommend if you are looking for a fun and challenging workout to give this place a try. There is modifications for any body type. The hardest part was actually getting here but after it becomes a routine you look forward to it everyday. I did really like this place. The trainers are fun and do a good job to keep you motivated without pushing you past your limits too far. They offer alternative exercises if you have had knee injuries, or other injuries, in the past or something to that effect. They'll walk you through the different "stations" prior to starting, will monitor your progress and form, and offer guidance to anyone who needs it. They don't scream at people who take a quick rest, but will make sure you're still pushing yourself throughout the workout. I would've liked to sign-on to continue a membership here, but due to my job requiring me to travel at different times, it didn't seem like that was a viable option. It's difficult finding gyms that can pause memberships for certain circumstances. (I get it, it's a lot to ask.) Regardless, I'd recommend this bootcamp to anyone looking for a good workout that will keep you motivated. The other patrons share the same goals as you and everyone seems to support each other. **Cool note: I got sick towards the end of my promo membership and determined it best to stay home, away from others while I got better. I have been going to Arrowhead FBBC for just over 3 years. The decision to move from a big box gym to a small family-owned gym was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only do I get daily workouts that are never the same, but the coaches also really take the time to get to know everyone. You aren't just joining a gym. You are gaining a fitfam, fitness family, that will support you in whatever journey you are on. I have made so many friends that have transitioned out of just gym friends and into life friends outside of the gym. The owners and coaches are constantly coming up with things outside of just the workouts to help us achieve our goals, push us out of our comfort zones and keep us interested (like February Bingo that we're doing currently). This isn't just about a monthly membership to the owners. Once you meet them, you can see how much they genuinely care about their members. You are celebrated with an awesome sign every 100 sessions gained, which makes going to bootcamp sort of addicting (The workouts are addicting, too!). I've hit 600 so far. Don't let fear stop you from trying Arrowhead FBBC. On January 2017 I walked into AFBBC on a Groupon. I was 25 pounds overweight, depressed and heavily burdened. I was terrified to be judged, but there was no judgement there. I remember my eyes filling with tears as I filled out the paperwork. The form had a section for me to check my goals. I think I checked all the boxes! 2 1/2 years later...I had the confidence to wear short shorts to boot camp! And I liked it! I've been a person who finds a gym and stays for about 3-6 months but then loses motivation or it just doesn't feel right. I have now been attending AFBBC for 1 1/2 years 3-5 days a week! The bonds you build with other members makes this place like no other. When you feel like not going to the gym for whatever reason you think of all the people who you will miss out seeing and it gets your butt there. I could write a novel, but I won't. This place is beyond a boot camp, it's beyond a "gym", it's a place where everyone feels like family and you get your workout too. It's fun, it's challenging, and the support from others there along with the staff is amazing. I've always struggled with working out. I'm not "fit", but I'm slowly getting there. This is the only place I've wanted to continue going. When I hit a stumbling block, the FitFam will text or call or send a Facebook message, supporting you and encouraging you. No gym does that. Few peers at a gym do that. Everyone started a journey, and accepted you on it, no judgement, ever. I had doubts before I walked in those doors..."can I do this?", "wow, that looks hard", "what's a burpee? I can't do that!". After a few sessions, where you see everyone has their own pace, be it snail or workout extraordinaire, you figure out you can do it, and you slowly, or quickly, get better. My internal self talk has changed so dramatically since starting here. Physical changes are amazing and are happening, but changing the mind is so dang hard. The coaches constantly pour positivity into us! I know I am getting stronger every day. I love my workout buddies and that no one ever works out alone! So in the beginning of my relationship with this gym I thought I was in the right place but then after having medical issues found out it's not the right place! They say they are like a family but all they care about is there overpriced monthly cost that you'll have to pay! I religiously was here for over 2 years and then when I couldn't work out due to medical I never got a call asking how I was doing they never once asked what they can do to help me through it, for the cost of this gym this is what I would expect and then after providing them feedback the owners of the company and coach never once acknowledged my concern snd never even apologized one time which showed me very quick they don't CARE about YOU! I starting coming to Arrowhead Fit body about 6 months ago. I kind of fell off the wagon going to the gym because it started to get boring. I started coming here just to try it out with my wife and wow, it was such a positive experience with so much energy to keep you wanting to keep coming back. They are great at what they do. They both genuinely care about the health and wellness of every person that walks through their doors. First day of Boot camp I was extremely hesitant because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. But after the first day I got a greater understanding that everyone in the Boot camp was reaching towards the same goal, to get fit. All of the workouts are 30 minutes; whether it's a metabolic workout or strength workout, Kelly maximizes every second. I love going here! Yes, my fat cries but it's all good...I take a towel to wipe them away...lol They have great routines for us to work out with each and every day except for Sunday as they're closed. The owners, coaches and employees are so very welcoming, helpful, cheerful and unbelievably supportive. The members are great to be around and help to cheer you on. This was by far the best gym I've ever been too. The coaches are amazing and very supportive. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The coaches help you with whatever you need and also are very attentive to your needs when it comes to modifications for workouts. after having my 3 kids i decided its time to loose the accumulated weight.i was exercising at home and dieting but i wasn't consistent.i was looking a place to workout and when i typed fitness in the search bar of facebook arrowhead fit body boot camp was the first place to show .i decided to give it a try and i am so happy i did .i love the workouts that are based both on cardio and strength.i love the fact that in 6 weeks i've been here i've never repeated a workout.the coaches are great people ,they always help you to push yourself over the limit and also they modify the exercises when needed.they create a lovely environment to workout in ,even if your muscle are sore ,even if you feel out of mood you will want to go back. i just love it here.i feel stronger day after day and i can't wait to get to the best version of me. i am unstoppable!!!! read more

After trying so many different gyms (that I never went too), I was so happy to find a place I actually enjoyed and had the motivation to go too. I had not been able to find a workout I enjoyed since I quit dancing/cheer after high school. I LOVE Arrowhead FBBC! I am so sad that I moved to Colorado and am no longer able to go there :( I miss it so much! Kelly and Thomas really make everyone there feel like family and are able to answer any questions about diet/stretches/modifications to exercises. All the coaches have such great energy and I love that it's always something new everyday! I was going here during pharmacy school and my schedule was crazy busy so I also enjoyed that classes were only 30 min (because everyone can take 30 minutes out of their day!) Prices are comparable to orange theory, but for me I thought it was totally worth it because 1. I felt amazing (anxiety and stress decreased immensely and lost ~5% of body fat in a couple months) and 2. I was actually motivated to going 4-6x a week (which before I'd be paying for gym memberships which yes were cheaper but I was never going too) read more
