Absolutely wonderful. I had ordered 40 roses from a different forest for my daughter's 40th birthday and when they hadn't been delivered by 4:00 p.m. I called and they had lost the order. They said they wouldn't be able to do it until the following day now. By now it was 4:30 in the afternoon and I started looking for a local florist that could still deliver flowers that day. Most florists were closed but Arrowhead was open until 6:00 p.m. I called and explained my situation and told them I didn't care what color the roses were that they could be multi colored I just really needed them delivered that day. I was in the area and saw the actual location. It was perfect. My sister in law had broken her arm doing a 5k charity walk/run for a friend's late husband, fell and broke her arm. We were bringing her lunch and after seeing the location I had to swing in and see if they offered anything in store as well. They sure did. I was able to pick up these beautiful flowers in a ceramic reusable display container. Service has always been great. Have never had any issues. When I got there, he was starting to help me, when the woman who I believe is the owner came and instructed him to pick from the same garbage roses that were available on Mother's Day. And, she only gave me 6, not 12 as I was told on the phone. Here we are, 1 day later, with the roses looking awful. Safeway has better quality and better prices, and they last longer than a day. Save your money. (Bright pink roses were what I purchased originally, and the off-white/purple ones were what I received as the replacement). I ordered and paid for a premium flower arrangement for my Mother for Mother's Day and this is what she received from Arrowhead Florist. Words can not describe the anger and disappointment I felt when I received a picture of the arrangement my Mother received. Not only is this a subpar arrangement which looks like it was haphazardly thrown into the ugliest vase I have ever seen, but the greenery is wilted and dying. Who would send this out of their business and think it is acceptable? I have reached out to this business and spoke to Christine regarding this disaster. I don't normally submit reviews but I feel I need to with this order. My fiancé and I came in to Arrowhead Flowers looking for a bouquet for our wedding in just a few days. We were greeted very warmly by the owners and my fiancé shared what she was wanting. We left feeling very good about our order, even though we felt $150 was a bit more than we expected. We were treated very well by the owners. When I picked up the order on the day of our wedding, I was disappointed in the condition of the flowers. I was expecting to be amazed. Many were not fully blooming and many had wilted or brown edges on the petals. Also, the baby's breath that my fiancé wanted had not been included. I didn't register my displeasure...since I didn't have any time to wait for any change to the bouquet. However, my fiancé was indeed disappointed with the bouquet when she saw it as well but we didn't want it to ruin our special day. Just disappointed and will not use them again. read more

Huge thanks to MJ for making an amazing and unique urn wreath for my dad's memorial. My dad was a retired Army marksman and an avid target shooter who reloaded his own ammunition.
