It was previously a bowling alley and many of the wood was used in the brewery. 14th Star Brewing Co. is a veteran-owned craft brewery. We made our selections then proceeded to the bar area to pickup our flights. I liked this as opposed to having to squint to see a menu too far away or wait for someone to finish crafting their flight before I can see a laminated menu. The bartender was accommodating- he allowed us to replace beers that were no longer on tap with a non-beer item (hard seltzer). Nothing stood out as far as the drinks go, but the staff was friendly. The tour was informative and I thoroughly enjoyed the live music/throwbacks.
