This was mainly due to the great service and delicious meals ordered by each of us in our family of three. Our table was never left waiting and the food was served hot. Our meal choices were varied, including apps such as steak tartar and cheddar ale soup for one and the meatloaf plate and the turkey burger for the others. Everything was made with original flavor additions such as homemade sauces, fresh breads, and unique use of herbs and spices. Lastly, I was told to mention that the hand cut fries were exceptional. Since we visit Burlington often, we look forward to returning to the Farmhouse to try other dishes on their menu or just ordering the same meals since they were so good. We all agreed that this restaurant has definately moved to the top of the list for our next trip to Vt.

Try a flight and sample a few of these. It's 4 of the liquors. Pay $5 to get a flight, and bottles can be $15 or more. Among the choices is the Blueberry Liqueur. Tastes a lot like pancake syrup. Among the more traditional ones, the Maple Whiskey is the best. This is a good use of local products and stuff. For sure go here if wanting to get some of the locally made liquors. It's just the liquors, so no food or anything like that. The flights are the best option if wanting to try a few things.
