I had 2 suvs and 1 car washed yesterday. They were early for the appointment. They washed the three in an hour and a half. The allotted time, per their schedule, was 45 minutes per vehicle. I like the convenience of them coming to my home. The quality of their work has gone down hill. The last two times I have used them I have been disappointed. They pressure washed the cars but the grit was still on the paint. The sun roof glass had water spots. They did not vacuum the storage areas of the suvs. Driving into the sun the windshield glass looked cloudy. The first year I used them they did a better job. Really happy with car wash I got from this company. I have a company car and must keep it clean since it's used to conduct business in addition to my personal use. I also have 4 small kids who quite frankly wreck havoc in my car. Being a commuter, I spend a lot of time in my car and notice EVERYTHING after a wash. Right from the start, I loved the convenience of being able to book online . The guys showed up on time and were very polite. I was a little embarrassed because it had been about a month since my last wash and car definitely needed to be cleaned . However, by the time they were done, I had my clean car back. This week was the second time we used Gordon to wash our truck . The first time we had to have him come back and wash the wheels. This time, we are more disappointed. The roof of the truck was hosed off but not washed - you could write your name in the residue. The windshield was not washed inside or out! We can still see the windshield wiper tracks on the outside and the inside is so cloudy again you could write your name in the residue. A mobile wash is a great idea - too bad the work is below par. We will not use Gordon again. read more

Our two guys showed up on time today, they were very polite and very respectful. They had a big job cut out for them. The inside was dirty and full of dog hair. These guys were out working in 90 degree heat. Our black truck looks great, they recommended what we need to do to keep it looking nice. We will definitely be using them again. They are going to come back later this week to work on our second truck. They were originally scheduled to do both trucks today, but they asked us if they could do the other truck on another day. They wanted to make sure they did a really good job on the first truck, and didn't want to rush it. I really appreciated their honesty with us. read more
