Took a 2012 porsche panamera in for interior detailing- they steam cleaned the leather and caused several areas of damage on the seats. When we pointed out - the excuse was "well older leather can be fragile" - so why weren't they more careful?? - to top it off it cost me more than $300!! read more

I had some stickers placed on my drivers side window that left really ugly residue. I called them to help me remove said residue. In a friendly manner, they told me that I needed to come in and show them the extent of the sticker residue so that they could properly quote me. No problem. I drove in. They all looked at it and deferred to management for the price. These people are so straight up- the far opposite of crooked. They all basically shrugged their shoulders and said no cost. Just tip as I deem fitting. Love that! Even as they were cleaning my windows, I noticed how detail oriented everyone was. I came in without an appointment and they accommodated me the same day. I had parked below a tree that released about 10 clear sap droppings onto my vehicle. Since they were going to have my car all day, I asked them to detail both exterior and interior. I spent over $500 to get my mid-size SUV detailed. I expected the vehicle to be returned in immaculate condition. It was not. Large streaks on the front windshield and side windows, and a goopy waxy residue over the interior lights. If you're going to charge customers such an exorbitant price, please do the job right. Next time I'll go elsewhere. Do not recommend. read more

Nobody wants to drop $200 on a car they can clean themselves, but when you have baked in water spots that you can't get out no matter how much clay baring and waxing, then sometimes you have to bite the bullet and get it professionally done. I gave Platinum a shot due to their high star rating and overall positive comments and I'm glad I did. The team did a fantastic job getting out spots that I thought were impossible to remove, and furthermore, they detailed my car to almost brand new status, inside and out. I went in to get water spots removed that had been caked on there for about 1 year or so (I've learned my lesson, don't judge lol) and not only did they do the impossible by removing them, they threw in a quick clean up inside (vacuumed, wiped down, etc.) AND cleaned my engine without me asking for it. Also seen the soap that they used really cheap don't come here . You can literally get better service at the same price with a mobile detailer . He also told me I can pay with debit card at the location before hand but when I got there and told him about the debit card he refused to give me service he insisted on cash that's when I decided to leave . Took my Lincoln MKX in to have a ceramic coating put on and to have the insides of the car detailed with special attention to the black leather that was looking tired. It is obvious that the employees took meticulous care to make my SUV look like a brand new automobile. They spent 10+ hrs on the car - even smells like a new car. Cannot believe how beautiful the inside leather looks, as well as the outside of the car. Al, the owner of the business, was friendly and helpful and spent quite a lot of time teaching me how to keep my vehicle in tip top shape from this point on. The ceramic coating will last 3 yrs and with 2-3 upholstery treatments a year, my SUV will continue to be the beautiful automobile it is. Best detailing business in Redlands. read more

My complex's sprinklers have been over spraying, leaving the front of my three year old VW stained with water spots I couldn't remove. I yelp'd this place, called, and Carlos told me to come down so he could look at the damage. The staff was welcoming and very fair.Since the damage was only to the front he quoted me half price for and acid wash and wax/buffer. I just picked up my car (3 hours later) and it looks like I just drove it off the lot. My car looks gorgeous and you can't even tell it had any water damage whatsoever. These guys are amazing! I used to always go to this Carwash since i was a little kid with my parents and now that i moved back to the area I wanted to check them out again. I must say this place got better n had more staff then they did before and it is always busy, which is good. I had an unfortunate soda spill from my moon roof into the car n everything was sticky. I told the guy if he could recommend me a wash to detail the interior and he helped me 9ut and gave a discount, maybe out of pity but much appreciated :). These guys saved my trunk for sure after a drive thru car wash debacle my trunk became exposed to the super wash I brought it in they took all the water out of my Cadillac trunk and cleaned it for me. Showed me how to dry the insulation on the other side only took about 25 minutes which is not bad at all seeing I'm sure I had a gallon of water in my trunk . Took our car there and let me tell you it was a mess. Between our sprinklers and kids this car was hurting for attention. I dropped it off looking like a soccer mom car. Today was a Monday and the world let me know it. Just as I was exiting my car to go to work, the entire contents of my full cup of Cherrios and almond milk pour all over the driver seat and in between the center console gap. It was sure to smell rancid as the temperature was scheduled to go over 100 degrees. After calling around to several places, Platinum VIP was the only group to answer my phone and have immediate availability. They get at least one star for that alone. Upon reviewing my car, the Detail man gave me two different quotes for my four door Toyota Prius: one for a full detail ($225) and the other for a partial detail. I went for the least expensive option at $165. It is the most I have ever spent on a car wash but I was desperate and needed that milk to get out. Also, I had a recent trip to the beach where the majority of sand traveled back with me AND had a couple of mysterious stains in my seats from the many passengers that have traveled with me. So the guy had his work cut out. I dropped my car off at 8a and got a call at 1p that my car was done. For the amount of work needed AND since it was only one guy working on the vehicle, I thought that was pretty quick which earned them another star. The only thing(s) that kept me from giving a the full 5 stars is that there was a bit of wax left on the door handles, the deodorizer sprayed wouldn't have been my first choice, and unfortunately I found one remaining Cherrio. Overall, the customer service was great, the job was done well, and the time it took to do it worked out perfectly for me. read more

He even found a dollar under my seat that I didn't even know about and he gave it to me. Freddy and George work hard and really pay attention to all the details. Reasonable prices for the work done! Platinum VIP even offers to pick up your car (at no extra cost with a detailing) from your work/home and bring it to the shop to clean it. I didn't use this bonus feature today since I only got a regular wash so I knew I wouldn't have to wait long. But now I know in the future, if I need a detailing that will take a couple of hours, I can have them pick up my car and I can continue with my life. read more

I just picked my truck up and it looks much better but I have several gripes. First off, I was quoted a price but when I dropped it off, they tried to charge me more. In addition, I was supposed to get a 10% discount which they did not honor. I was also told they would detail the inside but when I got there, the woman tried to tell me it would be $100 more than quoted. I showed up at 7am as was arranged and ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for somebody to show up. I was told the job would take about 5 hours but it was closer to 8. Then when it was "done", they left my floor mats in the bed of my truck because they were still wet. They also left a lot of water in the bed so when I drove away, water spilled down my rear bumper and left stains on the chrome. I also noticed water spots on my side view mirror. You'd think a detail shop would pay more attention to detail. I now regret giving them a tip and think I will ask my employer to remove this place from the our companywebsite since they don't honor the discount. update: I was told that I'd be contacted about this problem but I've gotten nothing from them. My employer has removed them from our company website since they did not honor the discount. read more
