I went here for a 2nd opinion and possible surgery with Dr John Steinmann. I have a serious degenerative disc disease of my C4-C7. I have herniated discs, bulging discs, and arm weakness in both arms. I was told 2 years ago I needed surgery and to be careful of my actions I could end up paralyzed. I wanted to see what Dr Steinmann suggested. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He is a very nice , quiet spoken man with a lot of education and experience in MRI explanation and went over my problem areas and MRI[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. He said that I don't need surgery right away and it can happen when my pain threshold is too it's max but no rush, he even told me I can proceed with my other TKR and have a nice day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was expecting a follow up at least maybe but nope he just basically was like bye.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe he's getting ready to retire and enjoy his senior years now I'm not sure but kinda left me hanging. I took my special needs sister to see Dr. Ghayoumi for significant back and leg pain and he was absolutely wonderful - patient, kind and thorough. The staff is amazing as well. We were in and out in a timely manner and the office is very clean. I had a couple questions after the visit and I called and sent a message through the Portal and received a timely response and they took care of what I needed. I'm beyond frustrated with this place. I scheduled my knee appointment at the end of March, for May 7th. They are busy, no biggie. Day before my appointment someone calls me to reschedule it, provider isn't available. Fine. My new appointment is now 5/24. An hour before my appointment they call and cancel my appointment because once again said provider is not available. And the next available is 6/18!!! I already know I need injections, what I don't have is a provider. I need to get the process started and they are making it so difficult. I have asked multiple times for a different provider and they won't schedule me with anyone else. So thanks to their "professionalism" I have to wait even longer. Their lack of accountability has created a lack of trust and I won't be allowing a flaky provider/office to inject anything into my knees. As a patient this behavior would have not been acceptable, but because they are the provider they can treat you however they choose. They run late, reschedule/cancel appointments without consequence. We as the patients however have to be there 15 min early to wait 45 min passed the appointment time. Cancel 24-48 hours in advance or there is a fee and all they do is shrug the shoulders and say next. read more

I called this place more than 4 times and left voicemails, nobody ever reached out back. I had a broken ankle and i was in really bad pain. When I called they put me on hold and never talked to me, I was on hold forever. The first time I called they said they'd call me back after I filled out paper work and they never called me back. Absolutely disgusted with this facility. Having pretty bad left knee pain. Made appointment with Dr. Adravan Saadat. Worse experience ever. Didn't examine my knee, didn't ask any questions as far as how long I have experience my pain on my left knee, how I may have injured my knee. Absolutely nothing. 3 x-rays we're taken. Not told of any preliminary issues if any. Dr. Saadat enter the room with a syringe of cortisone and told me that the injection would be very expensive. He then gave me a cortisone injection and raised and lowered my left leg several times. Beyond painful. Dr. Saadat said my pain should go away in 30 seconds. I asked him about finding out why it was painful and not just trying to take pain away. No responds. I asked Dr. Saadat what do I do if pain doesn't go away. He said "Come back in 3 month. Would you like a lollipop". Are you kidding me. Beyond furious. Waste of money. Reported this to my insurance company. read more

I have a pretty abnormal case he couldn't help me with but I appreciate that he listened to me and referred me to someone that can help, because a lot of doctors have been telling me there's nothing wrong based on all the MRI's and X-rays I've had. I am thrilled with my experience at Arrowhead Orthopedics! I worked with Dr. Saadat, who performed the ACL reconstruction on my knee. He is amazing and I really enjoyed working with him! I am so impressed with the surgery he did... very little scarring, quick recovery, and I now have a really solid knee. Also, all of the support staff there is wonderful, especially Diane in scheduling, who was particularly helpful in trying to accommodate me when scheduling my surgery. If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived at my appointment 15 mins early as advised. I waited for a hour and 20 mins without even being seen. The doctor was skipping patients to see others with PPO insurance first. Very unprofessional it's clear to see that patient care does not come first with this office. read more
