We were able to see the upper part of Yellowstone one day, the lower part another day, and then use the rest of our time to revisit and explore the places we wanted to see more deeply. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. Another nice touch was the fire pits, which they turned on around 5 p.m. each evening. It was a fun and relaxed way to meet some of the other people staying at the cabins. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. I was especially impressed with the quality of the pots and pans, very nice for a rental. The cabin also has a full sized washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The WIFI was available, but I have to say it is not very fast. Considering the location, this was not too surprising. There were no problems with billing, or unexpected charges. Overall a great choice for a large party, I highly recommend this location!

We were headed out the door with no where to stay. They refunded my payment without contacting me, I just got an email saying my money had been refunded. Explain how they can refund my money if it was never received. When I first looked into the property and I should have know they would not have good customer service when the invoice magically increased by $380 overnight. DO NOT RENT with this company, scammers and dishonest. They make false claims and may cause stress to your trip. Absolutely terrible!

I did not call the management company while we were staying there which seems to be their sticking point. I merely tried to cope and not spoil a good time for my family. I called David as soon as I returned to Colorado. He was difficult to get ahold of and slow to return a call. When I was calmly and respectfully expressing my concerns, he went totally off on me-yelling, calling me a liar and stated that he knew I was just one of those people that complained in order to get a free vacation. That is simply not true. ( I have excellent ratings with HomeAway as a customer.) He has refused any kind of compensation stating the unit is in perfect condition. I would not recommend using this company for your time in Yellowstone.

I did have an issue where the first room I check in smelled strongly of smoke but the front desk was extremely responsive and switched us right away. A wonderful and memorable trip. It is up to date, clean, and comfortable. We were on the second floor and we have always found people with heavy feet above us. I did request the third floor but Roxanne said there weren't any twin beds up there. I'm not sure why she thought we had to have twin beds with an adult daughter in a two bedroom?!?! Anyway, there is no option of a midweek cleaning and you must take your own trash out, but the good still outweighs any negative. Literally at the entrance of the park and at one end of town, you can walk to everything you need. It is fully functional with everything you need to cook, if that's your thing. You may need to with the prices here. There is coffee and hot water in the entrance and free DVD's available for snow days. Happy camper here!
