We have been to numerous beautiful locations not just Route 66. You have to check out UTI Park. There was not a soul in sight. It was absolutely spectacular. We've been to several locations and had phenomenal food, we've been to the American Legion hall, which oh my gosh, they could not be more welcoming and awesome. The park is quiet. Everyone has been phenomenal. Everything has been spot on clean and I literally could live here year-round. It's that awesome. The museum which is just up the road will make you cry remembering your grandparents your parents your life just overwhelming information phenomenal we expected to be here about an hour. We were there for almost 3. The lady that works. The door is just the sweetest, most wonderful welcoming woman ever.

Great overnight on historic Route 66…read more Enjoyed saying at the park. All accommodations were fine and well worth the few miles off I40. The site is an old motel from the 1930 right on Route 66. The shell of the old motel is intact but no longer in use. Staying here was like opening a time capsule! *note: wifi is good but has hours that is is on... from 7am to 10am & 3pm to 10PM (if I remember correctly). Great price, nice service and walked to our site (not something we normally see). Tucumcari is a great stop on Route 66, the whole town is focused on the history.

We stayed at 6 other KOA's that were all much nicer and all were $25 to $30 less. Also there's no way to connect your coach to WiFi as those system is antiquated. Skip this KOA.

We stayed here for three nights while we are on a very long RV journey out to see family and…read morefriends. The sites are decent size, but they are tight if you've got somebody sitting right next to you, but still plenty of room for your slides and such. There are picnic tables at all the spots, as well as as there are two small cabins that can be rented if you are traveling with people who do not have a camper. This campground is clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly! They were super helpful with anything that we needed. You do have a bit of road noise from hwy 60 as well as there are trains nearby but a fan running drowned most of that out noise. WiFi was ok- we tended to get booted off a couple times in the evening when a lot of people were at the campground. Verizon was 2 to 3 bars and a little more reliable. There's a laundry room with three washers three dryers at $1.75 a load and everything worked great. All the services at the site worked great. You are about 10 minutes from the town of Clovis and there is plenty of shopping, a planet fitness For a good workout as well as tons of restaurants. We wanted to visit the rock 'n' roll museum here, but they are closed for renovations as of the date of this review.

But I have to mention for those of you out there who are sensitive to noise like me that about 4:30 in the morning this high-pitched noise started I believe from the factory and the trains over in the video I attached if you have an RV that doesn't have really thick walls. This could be a problem. I attached it so you could hear it cause maybe you'll decide that it wouldn't bother you. It was not happening when we went to sleep. Everything else about this place is absolutely perfect though.
