The dishwasher technician told me that the valve was bad which was causing my issue. Ray was able to come take a look, assess the issue, provide a quote and come do the work within an hour or so. He was so through that he wanted to know the reason why I was requesting the work and then was also able to give me a ton of information on possibilities of why the dishwasher wasn't working.
