We decided to go with Silicon Valley because they struck us as really trustworthy, even though they're a smaller shop. To fix the issue, they had to dig up the concrete in our garage and replace the pipe there. They got the new pipe in on the first day so we were able to use the sink again! And they finished it by day two. They even did a pretty good job of cleaning the dust off the garage, which was a big mess before and a dusty mess during because of all the concrete floating around. I have a Toilet water tank leakage problem. I fixed this kind of issue myself on my another toilet before. But it took me too much effort and time. After seeing his work, I asked him to look at another exterior faucet and irrigation system interface that was significantly corroded and if he could replace that also.
