I had a leak in the garage that took a day to track down. Once I know what it was, I called Pluming Connection about 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I was expecting to spend the weekend with towels and bowls to keep the water dripping out of the hot water system in check. Instead, they arranged an appointment between 11:00 and 1:00 on Saturday. The knock on the door was 11:05. After a few minutes showing where the water was coming from and having a discussion of what needed to be replaced, I was told that the fix would take about 45 minutes and that the parts were on the truck. Not only did he fix the pipe that was leaking, but he explained that a second pipe the same age and type was likely to go out too. 30 minutes later, everything was fixed.
