I broke the metal supply line to the toilet in my half bathroom while trying to install a device. This caused a leak and brought on a great deal of panic. It was a Saturday afternoon. I wanted to confirm for myself that this wasn't a repair I could've done. After seeing the process I was very happy I called Wally and didn't take the DIY route. Wally and his son were great. He did a thorough job. He replaced the angle valve and the supply line. He also replaced some other parts like the compression ring so that everything was new, which some plumbers wouldn't do because it's not critical to the issue I was having but it is a good thing to do for the long term. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had with skilled laborers. I found his price to be very reasonable.
