My surgeon told me I needed to stretch but I wasn't sure what that meant or how to do it. I'm so happy I found Nic. He took time to evaluate my conditions (which included posture problems from sitting at a desk my whole life) and he put together a very smart and thorough plan. He started me with simple exercises to build muscle and confidence. As I progressed he continually revised and gave me new exercises which built upon the previous. After a few months I was doing so much better. I saw Nic for about 9 months for bi-weekly visits where he would check my form and push me further. Two years later I continue to do my "leg exercises" daily and when I go to Target I stomp through that store like a super model with someplace to be other than Target. Thank you Nic.
