My car had a sensor issue ,for a good amount of time everybody was charging me like $300 just to get it fixed luckily I was able to get Wrench Mobile to come out and I only spent 150 just to get it fixed he showed me exactly what was wrong with it he showed me why the sensor wasn't working anymore, it was actually rubbing on the belt and he also saw that there was a missing bolt that I had that wasn't really holding in place anymore. 10/10 service would definitely come back if I had any other issues with my vehicle. read more

I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a used car. Cris was incredibly easy to work with and responded over the weekend to get an inspection done on Monday afternoon. Scheduling and Payment were easy, he sent plenty of photo's and a very thorough report including estimated repair costs for the items needing attention, as well as recommendation on a shop for potential work required. 6 sparkes plugs and 1 coil this service was done on Oct 2022. I took my car to the Chrysler dealership 1November 2023. I get an invoice back that my spark plugs are bad and the coil was put in wrong the mechanic at Chrysler told me they screwed me. I jokingly told him that he either wrote all his reviews himself or he must be a pretty good and honest mechanic. Turns out he lived up to all the expectations and then some! 5 star service. Hands down the best mechanic in the valley. Called him because My van had a check engine light on I was able to get the code from a local oil change shop. He answered after hours, discussed what the code was he did some quick research and found that my van was still under manufacture warranty. I was able to take it to the dealer and get everything replaced and covered under warranty. We then set up an appointment to change out my brake pads. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic. Cris is an expert at what he does, is honest, and will let you know what he sees wrong with your car along the way of the repair, it was like I received a diagnostic test included with my repair. I got two new (drivers side and passenger side) cv axles installed in my vehicle. Job took hours less than estimated, and the mechanic charged less for the repair since it took less time. You don't have to worry about being over charged for parts / labor, about being ripped off, or about the quality / care of service. I have a 2013 mini. I called Chris to give me a quote for brake repairs with fluid change service. He replied pretty quick in the same day. After a friendly conversation he scheduled a time with breakdown of the service items. He was pretty honest that the brake fluid was quite clean. There is not need to change. It's okay to add a little to the right amount. He just need to change the pads and rotors because of the discs condition. He came twice because he didn't want to change the disc's if they were not necessary to be replaced to save money for customers . It's worth to try his mobile service. read more

I requested an alternator replacement 13 month ago, probably is 40$ cheap than a garage, but that is not the point, as I am writing this review, my alternator is dead. have you heard a new alternator died in 13-14 months? they used defect cheap parts. don't be as silly as I am. find a true garage, a lot of alternator is life time warranty, not 12 months. read more

I found Cris on yelp after his positive reviews and quick response to my vehicle issue. Cris asked for a quick rundown of the issue and provided me a reasonable quote which was greatly appreciated. Very communicative from the start which made the process easier. Cris spent a great deal of time analyzing my wife's 2012 Nissan Sentra. And although he was not able to 100% solve the issue he did not charge me for his efforts which took me back by surprise because as we know time is money. Cris was a humble man and said because he was not able to give me a 100% definitive answer he did not feel right charging me. Like I said he was an HONEST and HUMBLE business man which is rare now a days. I would use zero if I could. I called Wrench to see if they would work on my Class A RV. The person that scheduled my appointment said they did, and they had 3 mechanics in my area that could do it. I scheduled for 9AM Tuesday morning, and Matthew showed up a few minutes after 9. My grandson gave him the keys. Matthew took them for about an hour and then brought them back to my grandson. That was the last I heard from Wrench that day. Wednesday I texted and emailed Wrench to see what had been done and what was needed going forward. 3 hours later I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled on site.. Never was told that.. They did absolutely nothing. and did not let me know, so I could get a real mechanic to fix my power steering pump. I will never use or recommend this company. read more

I have taken my cars all over the place, from Firestone, to Sears, to mom-and-pop shops, and I have to say this was by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Let's begin with Cris' attention to his customers. He was great with explaining what he was doing if I had any questions. He even showed me how to perform one of the repairs myself! We also had some great conversation along the way. I'll definitely watch that monster movie you recommended Cris! Second, let's go over honesty. Cris noticed that one of the repairs would take less time than he originally quoted, so he offered to reduce the price. Have you EVER seen a mechanic do that? I was floored by his transparency and honesty. It is no wonder he has so many great reviews. It is absolutely true that if you run an honest business and take care of your customers, you have no reason to worry about bad reviews. Finally, After performing the repairs, he tested functionality of everything to make sure there were no problems, checked all caps and fittings, and even fixed a piece of rubber trim inside my engine bay that some other mechanic had installed incorrectly. Cameron (sp?) was courteous and on time from the get go including the initial phone call - both of which are an exception here in Spokane. I left him alone in an area with my stuff as I did other stuff in around my house...ie. he could have taken stuff which he didn't. He finished in a more than reasonable amount of time. Price was reasonable. Acceptable types of payment with receipt etc AND showed me how to do what he did including how to prevent it from happening again.
