Well thus business owner made an appointment with for a Friday. I bought my oil and oil filter on Monday. Come Thursday, I text Mike'sasking if we were still "good/confirmed" for Friday/tomorrow. I read all of Mike's reviews and they were all really good so I called to get some work done on my 2006 Chevy van: install the battery ( if my son hadn't done it yet) , check engine light, check hoses and repair emergency brake. Mike came by when he said but I couldn't find the battery as a pile of clothes had fallen on it in my garage. I apologized for wasting his time coming by and not able to do the diagnostic. Mike said no problem, call him when I find the battery. I found it just after he left and my son installed it. I still needed the other work done. I left Mike 3 text messages saying I was ready whenever he was and the 3rd text I asked if he was not interested in doing the work since I couldn't find the battery when be came before. He texted back "Sorry, yes I can stop by either Thursday or Monday." I told him Monday was good. Sunday he texted me to change the appt. to Tuesday at 11 am. I said that's fine. Mike is now my go mechanic. I'll absolutely be using him for any future repairs. Mike gave a very fair quote and held to that quote upon completion. He was knowledgeable about the issue from the get go and made quick work of a tedious task. Mike called an hour earlier than what was scheduled to let me know he had completed his other appointment and asked if he could come by sooner. It worked great for me and he showed up a few minutes later. Once he got there we looked at the vehicle, he explained what his action plan was and asked if I had any questions or concerns about what he planned. He also pointed out that my coolant level was a little low which could indicate a coolant leak...that's where I thought he was gonna "get me". Turns out I was wrong. After completing the work, Mike put my cooling system through a vacuum and found there was no leak. He topped off the coolant then washed the entire engine bay. He even filled my tires to the proper psi. Once completed he sent me the invoice and it was exactly what he quoted me. Had there been more issues or things not gone as planned I would have expected more charges, but I feel Mike did more than what was expected and more than what he detailed he would do. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic or overall experience. Mike is good at what he does, exceptionally priced, honest and does quality work. Mechanic showed up as scheduled. Checked my vehicle and said all it needed was an oil change since he got no codes on his code reader and no issues with the car. Charged me over $400 for test drive and oil change and a diagnostic check (which we questioned it ever got done) mechanic swore car was good to go... and left. We take the car out for a drive and guess what?! The issue is still happening AFTER the fact that the mechanic swore it wasn't happening during his test drive and diagnostic check and that with an oil change it would be fixed!! He basically lied and ripped us off $400! We took the car to another mechanic and we were told the transmission was going out and it would be a lemon within a few days or weeks... and we were showed all the codes that Mikes mobile mechanic swore he didn't get on his reader!!! We ended up looking up mile's mobile to find out his license is EXPIRED!!! So I have no clue as to how he's going around saying he's a licensed mechanic. We are so glad we got a second opinion from a real licensed mechanic that let us know it wasn't worth the money to fix and we were able to buy a new car once we sold our home. read more

Contacted Mike I believe last week about a spark plug that broke during replacement. Little did I know this was a problem that was all to common. As much as I would say I'd go to my everyday auto repair place, I decided to go with Mike since he was mobile. He answered every question I had and communicated with me regarding my repair. I had issues with my Chevy Tahoe. It's getting older, it's a 2015, so small issues are obviously expected. This thing has eaten batteries since we bought it. So, when the battery light came on, I wasn't surprised. Just went to the local parts store and bought a replacement. Swapped out the battery and started it up. The battery light was still on, so I thought, "I guess it's time for a new alternator." But, it's was about 105 degrees out and even hotter in my garage. So, I decided to find a mechanic to fix it for me. I contacted Mike through Yelp. He responded pretty quickly and said that he could come check out the car the next day (which was a Monday holiday). He arrived on time, even gave me a heads-up that he was close and when he could show up. He quickly made the diagnoses that I needed a new alternator. Made a phone call while I was standing with him to get a price quote on the part and to see when it would be in stock. They had one available and gave him the price while I was with him. No up charge or anything like that. He asked if I was ok with it, and upon my approval, reserved it and told them he would be there shortly. He returned with the part in less than 15 minutes and went to work. Changed my alternator and checked everything to make sure it was fixed and that his work had resolved the issue. He changed the alternator so quickly that I was shocked. I didn't time him, but it was insanely fast. As I was paying him for the work, he asked if I had any more questions. I said that I did, but about our second car, so not to worry about it. He took the second car for a test drive and crawled underneath to see if he could find a "quick fix". Remember, it was over 100 degrees and he was crawling around on asphalt to help me out. He didn't charge me for this diagnostic check and just said that he'd fix it when I was ready to pay (I'm broke!). Very friendly, very professional, very responsive. I will be using him as my sole mechanic from now on. I 100% recommend him and would do the same to anyone I know. Don't hesitate to call him! read more
