The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 15min. Arrived! Very nice restaurant. Safe and clean! Dimmed. Calm. I went up to the register and greeted. Worker was kind. Order was ready. Paid for it with good day wishes! Appreciated! Lunchtime! OMG IT IS HUGE. Definitely 2 meals! You get your moneys worth!! Chop Chop Salad is Absolutely DELICIOUS!! The food here was delicious! My hubby and I split the Fajita Burrito. It was huge and very filling. Freshly made and very flavorful. I love that this restaurant serves on real plates, real cutlery, and offers a glass for drinks. Awesome! I don't recall the name of the employee who took her order. However, she was very personable. Prices were increase from the menu and so it was pretty expensive, not saying that most places aren't having to do this also but it was a shock. I thought food was 4/5 and the others thought more of 3/5. Not sure Id recommend per say BUT portions are large and the Salmon Salad is were it's at! read more

I read the reviews about the Chile verde burrito. It was so BLAND. My burrito was huge, but didn't have enough verde sauce to compensate. I got the kids place rice and beans. Guys, it tasted like nothing. White rice and canned refried beans. By no means am I stating the used canned beans, they just didn't taste like anything. The vibe is cool though. It's nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I just wish there was a hint of garlic, salt or even pepper. I maybe 1/4 of my burrito. That's sad. They do have a nice looking salsa bar. I just had the most horrible experience here. I come here on a weekly basis. I placed my order over the phone during my lunch break. The guy put me on hold for five minutes, but then never came back to answer. I called back and he left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call back for another 10 minutes. I finally called and got through and placed my order. When I got to the store, they then told me they are taking cash only because their machine just went out. unfortunately, I only have a credit card and was more than willing to pay, but because I did not have cash they refused to give me my food. I spoke to the manager and she refused to find a solution. I told her so now she would rather throw away my food, then give me my order. And she told me no ma'am she will donate it. I can't believe these people! Can they even do that? They never notified me over the phone that it was cash only otherwise I never would've gone there. This NOT "Authentic" Southwest cooking. It's more Mexican fusion. Southwest cooking is Hatch Green Chili (not chili verde)and they didn't even know what that was. No salt on The chips, no iced tea. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, then you've got to try this place. This is the second time we have visited here and the food is excellent! Great service too. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The portion sizes are huge. We ordered 2 chicken tacos and shared an order of steak nachos and we're stuffed. Looking for a place to have dinner with the family after the kids enjoyed an adventure at Fresno Escape Room. Stumbled upon this place. When we walked in not knowing what to expect. Be forewarned that you place your order prior to grabbing a seat. It's not an actual sit down and have your order taken kind of place. HOWEVER, do not let that fool you. Grab a menu and browse at what they have or ponder over it while standing in front of the cashier. (SARCASM) The food is absolutely AMAZING. I got the camarones burrito. I am really surprised this restaurant is not busier than it is. I have eaten in their other location in Hanford and that location is way busier. Shrimp tacos here are always top notch. The shrimp are juicy with lots of cabbage and cheese and a tasty sauce. You can't go wrong with the chili verde. Nice tender pieces of pork with a medium heat green sauce. I've been in this shopping center a million times, even to the barber right next door and the Starbucks and Panda Express right across the parking lot and never paid attention to this place. A friend just brought me here for the first time and it was AMAZING!!!! It's super cute inside and I tried 4 of the 5 salsas from the salsa bar (I'm not a fan of pico de gallo so I skipped it) but every single one of the other 4 were sooo good, like iI'd be hard pressed to choose a favorite. This place is a joke. The cashiers are rude, "salsa" bar is flavorless and everything is over priced. You can get the same quality for lesser prices at El Pollo Loco. Firstly, the location they're in is popular for corporate lunch goers. They need to update their menus to include "lunch" portions because some of us aren't willing to pay $20 for a salad and drink (to go). Secondly, they charge $1.05 for a side of 2oz sauce/dressing. In perspective, you're paying $1.05 for 3 table spoons. The size of dressing doesn't even cover half of the salad. Thirdly, their cashiers are lacking in basic politeness and customer service skills. Typical Mexican food, nothing really special, we dud have to add the chip salsa to out food, and when that happens it's an indication that the food was a bit flat in flavor. I'm always a bit skeptical about Mexican restaurants in Clovis, but this one is really good! -The restaurant feels "Clovis" Mexican...not too authentic, but a nice latin vibe. -Good beans and rice. -The burritos are pretty big and the prices are very reasonable. -They sell beer! -Great location! There are a few restaurants nearby, but not too many Mexican restaurants options. My only con is actually their salsa bar. I LOVE salsa bars. It just makes my heart happy to see so many spicy options all sitting together. However, I tried 3 of their salsas and they all had a sweet taste to it. :( read more

The food at Figaro's is somewhere between 4-5 stars. Great food...great consistency of quality. The portions are large. They have a salsa bar with really good salsas. Their chips are really delicious. We frequent Figaros quite often because of their proximity, but I believe we would go just as often even if we were not as close. I am glad they have a few locations in the central valley. The service is great...fitting somewhere between 4-5 's. They are always clean, very prompt, professional. I love this place. I feel like it is under rated. The service is friendly not to pushy. It is a walk up and order not a sit down. So on what to expect for customer service it is on point. OK SO THE FOOD!!!! Ok so I will admit I get the same thing now everytime. SHRIMP TACOS, they are so good. They are fresh and have such a good baja flavor to them. Whatever sauce they use, I straight up love!!! The salsa bar is really nice, I do like the variety and how fresh the options are.
