This company ripped me off $300; owners are the amateur hour at best…read more ~ I was taken on as a client by Francesca, who neglected to tell me that she was knowingly going to be gone for an entire 2 months leading up to the week of my wedding. That is when she pawned us off to another coordinator. ~ They did not have my best interest at heart when it came to vendor pricing. Francesca got "ONE" quote from LUXE rentals which were the highest prices compared to other vendors I reached out to. When I told Francesca that I thought the price was high her response was "That's the going rate". I ended up having to do the leg work and book a vendor myself. ~ I specifically hired Francesca because I am in CA and my wedding is in St. Aug. FL. I needed someone to design & coordinate decor as well as direct the set up and tear down at the venue. During our free consultation I told Francesca I didn't want flowers as centerpieces. The ONE and only idea Francesca sent me for a centerpiece was with flowers to which she attached an invoice from the florist. ~ She was unresponsive after we pointed out that the only decor idea she provided us was the one thing we stated we did not want. ~ I was the one that kept having to initiate the conversation with Francesca because I wasn't getting any input on decor. ~ I asked about decor for the food stations and in so many words she told me that's not her job and I should talk to the caterer. ~ I politely asked them to please return any unused portion of my deposit to which they were very unprofessional (immediately trying to play the lawyer card) and claimed what they had done so far would bill well over my deposit amount. - Once I rebutted their rude and condescending response to my cancellation request with actual verbiage from our contract and email exerts, they have completely disappeared. - My Fiance (Career Military) and I (Corporate HR) are convinced that they are completely out of touch with professional expectations.

I…read morehad never been to this Event Venue before and I was SHOCKED at how stunningly beautiful it was inside. The crystal chandeliers and the accent lighting is lovely. The epoxy floor looks great. The entire space is well appointed. The owners were present for both the rehearsal as well as the actual ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Glover are true professionals and they run a smooth operation. On the day of the ceremony, the space was transformed with beautiful decor. The tables were set to perfection. Everything was spaced perfectly. The assistance they gave to run a smooth ceremony was from making sure the sign outside on the easel was secured to coordinating the procession was a sign of their attention to detail and a measure of their excellent marks as experienced wedding professionals. They certainly made me feel welcomed and they flawlessly executed this event. Their in house Chef had everything set and I saw the delicacies he had prepared. The presentation was top-notch. It definitely had Chef written all over it and not just some food preparation team. I highly recommend the Premier Events & Rental Center. It has plenty of parking and is easy to find. While the party did happen, leading up to it was not a good experience at all!! My sister originally rented the venue a year ago, but had to cancel. As a result, they allowed her to reschedule within a year. We scheduled my sons party, after speaking to the owner and advising that I would now be the contact. During the same conversation, we were told that there had been a rate increase, however, they would absorb it by giving us less time. We're we happy about that, no, but we went with it because the goal was not to spend more money. Well 4 days before the party, I call to set up time to make sure the tables are set up the way we want. The owner then tells me that there is a balance on the contract. I'm like what are you talking about?! Then she says, well, I don't have the contract in front of me. We can talk about it when you come to the venue Thursday. To make a long story short, there was a contract, but as a result of a price increase, we would now have to pay additional money, even after a conversation months ago where she said they would absorb it but give us less time. So we ended up having to pay more money as a result of their rate increase even though they were paid in full for a year and already under contract!!! So basically, the contract meant nothing to them, they only wanted the higher cost per hour. Had it not been 2 days before the party, we would have just canceled, but I'm sure she knew we wouldn't because invites had already gone out! What venue has a balance a week before a party and the event still happens??? None of them!!!! The average amount of time is 2 weeks, but 2 days!!!! Like I said earlier, a beautiful venue, but we will never, ever rent it again because they DON'T honor a written agreement!!! I bet had the prices gone down, they wouldn't have given my sister any money back!!! So why make us pay an increase after having a full payment for a year!!! I said all is that to say, business owners do better!!!! I'm not saying the customer is always right, but I am saying, honor your agreements or you will lose business!!! If that's the only venue in town, I would not rent from them EVER AGAIN!!!

Taylor's website listed one. I requested status on their website (they'd reply via email). Being a bit impatient, I just called them. The gent that answered was friendly and very helpful. "I'm looking at it right now, let me check...nope, it's not rented". He then asks how long I need it. I'm calling on a Saturday morning at 10. I want it until Monday. He offers their deal, rent after noon on Saturday and pay only one day rental if returned by Monday at 9. Sold. The rental process was simple. They helped load it into my truck. The saw was very high quality, like new really. I ripped about 6 boards, but it saved time and aggravation. For an old guy, every little bit helps. Job done on Sunday night, saw returned on Monday by 9. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am. The only knock is that their website said the saw was $35. The email I got indicating it was available said $73, and I ended up paying $62. That's confusing, but not worth a deduction in stars. I recommend this place, but be sure to ask for the pricing to be sure.
