Long and short- we needed a 110 outlet installed for a new washer. We had a stackable unit in a tiny space. He left on another job, but two hours later, the lights were flickering and circuits were flipping again. My wife looked for another electrician and Art came quickly. He spent time really digging in. We thought we found a bad appliance and also changed out some circuit breakers, however, two hours later, a surge protector popped. I texted Art and he came right back to help troubleshoot that evening. He discovered uneven voltage and recommended we contact PGE as soon as possible and sent me the number to ask for a load test. The next morning, things were looking bleak with all multiple circuits flipped open and another surge protector popped. I texted Art and he said he could stop by later in the day. PGE came and fixed an issue with the power line corroding that led to a bad neutral connection. And as promised, Art stopped by to make sure everything was ok. He really guarantees his work! He went above and beyond by checking out the heater that didn't turn back on with the electricity. He spent extra time to troubleshoot that the transformer was blown and explained where to get the spare part and how to replace it.
