Manager was called and even when I showed her where it said "32" balloon on my purchase order from Amazon", she still didn't believe me, dismissed what I said completely and sent for the measuring tape. She "measured" it herself and according to her it was well over 33". I was in a rush so I didn't felt like arguing anymore and I paid $10 for each balloon. This balloon is nowhere 33" Very poor costumer service, specially coming from the manager. With plenty of places that do helium balloons, I won't be returning anymore. This store doesn't honor their own prices, and overcharges for this type of things.

They do really good sales and the people are friendly. The only thing I don't like, and everyone is doing it, is the self checkout. You have to have at least one employee manning the self checkout, but no one to actually do it. I hate that.

I witnessed a worker being rude to an older lady that didn't understand how to use the self service registers the worker told her multiple times and ways that there's not normally people up there to help her so she needs to figure it out. The people working act like it's such an inconvenience to help you at the register which I don't really understand, it's not like they are busy putting merchandise out. The place is pretty empty and has very little selection.

The service is good at these places though, they had a large staff who was stocking the shelves. I was asked several times by them if they could assist me with anything. The prices seem high at first, but almost everything has sale tags on them for like 30-50% off.

Prices are reasonable when you consider that and they have pieces in a variety of sizes and they are all pre-framed and ready to mount on the wall. Wish they had an online presence or a way to ship pieces, since they don't have a ton of stores -- I saw a lot of pieces that would make great gifts but we're quite a ways away from the bigger gifting seasons.
