The building has a strong automotive history from being a Ford Dealership, a Service Garage, and an Auto Parts store, and today operates as a vendor mall. When I dropped off the frame for the glass replacement, I was told it will be ready by end of day and I would receive a call. Fifteen minutes before their closing, although I had not received a call, I stopped by to pick up the order. They provided a complimentary hook to hang the frame. On a Friday, I dropped the frame for the stand attachment. I was given an estimation of ten days, including a week to order the stand. The following week on a Saturday, I decided to check if the stand had been received and find when the frame would be ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised the frame was ready for pickup as the job was done several days earlier. Although happy with their service, their communication could definitely be improved.

At first glance to be honest, most of the prices seemed a bit high. I had to keep reminding myself that this is for a charity. The other thing is that it is all on sale, so the sale prices are more in line with the market value of most of the items. Another note to know before you come here is that while most of the items are nice, their line of "Upscale Resale" may be a bit of a stretch.
