I came to TechXperts with a problem connecting to wifi. I never mess with what I call "admin settings" because I'm an idiot when it comes to computers, so I was worried something was seriously wrong. TechXperts connected to my laptop remotely, which to me is pretty darn cool. Watching someone work their computer guru know-how from across the country made me feel like a kid watching a magic show. For him to do this, I had to download a program that would allow him to connect, which only took minutes. While he worked, he pulled up a notepad which allowed us to type back and forth and converse in real time (more magic!) He quickly found the problem, and even uploaded a free malware program for me. All in all, the whole process only took about an hour and my computer has been connecting to wifi without any hiccups since. I feel that I was charged an extremely fair price, because if I had gone to a repair shop I would have been charged $60 or more just for the guy to look at it. He asked me what I wanted my business cards and shirt to look like and I was able to sit there and make the changes right away. Within a half hour we were done with both the business cards and the t-shirt design. I also wanted to make my business cards different from everyone else's and they were able to do so by putting foil lettering. It took a few extra days for the special foiling, but it was worth it. The quality was great. The printing on the shirts was also good quality work. It's hard to find a good silk screening place who knows how to properly register and align artwork. I've worn/wash the shirt many times and the ink hasn't cracked or faded! Beyond t-shirts and business cards, they also do building signs, banners, and car wraps. The guys there know what they're doing and are very easy to talk to. I would definitely come back the next time I need something printed. They also have a GIANT salt water fish tank in their office, so check that out.

I've been doing business with this location for years. They do good work and quick. But, I have…read morecaught many of their mistakes prior to printing. So when they send a proof, you need to cover yourself. I recently spent about $2,000 at this location, again I caught a huge mistake before it went to production. But I didn't catch a mistake they made on a $24 order. When it was printed wrong, I had them re-do it. But then they pressed me for payment on the error order. I explained that it was their mistake, but they said I approved the proof and insisted that I pay the $24, which I did. But I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm very thankful that I didn't overlook their error on an expensive order.
