I hired this company about three years ago to redo my patio, steps and too small slabs. It was…read morestamped and stained (only on top) the colors they chose didn't match or flow, but the owner or manager (Chad) convinced me to wait a year because it will fade out. They also removed all my very old (collected) flagstone that was in a small garden connected to the patio, WITHOUT my permission! I contacted Chad to have it brought back and he told me that it was disposed of, sorry.. no offer to replace this stones. I paid $10,000 cash for this job. In less than two years, I had a crack going from the base of my steps all the way across the landing and out the other side and several large rock pops, the patio looked bad. I contacted the owner, he sent a guy out in May, whom told me that my patio looked bad from the street, he told me that they can fix the crack etc and will add another sealant and would return by June 10th, they never showed. A few weeks later I contacted the owner again to let him know that nobody came, it was towards the end of the season and he said that they were booked up but would put me at the first of the list for Spring when weather is permitted, to contact him then. I contacted him when he asked me to, I was then told that he was already booked and to call him back in about a month. I reminded him that we did this back-and-forth thing last spring, they were right now show and this was the second season I had to have my patio cleared off for them and was unable to use it and I would not be calling him every couple weeks to be added in and that I was supposed to be at the top of the list and done first. He wrote me back and stated that he would contact me the first week of June and get some thing figured out. I was never contacted, instead one of his employees showed up the last week of May and told my son that we needed to have the patio cleared off because he was coming to power-wash it. I had to clear my patio off at 11:30 PM that night when I got home from work. His employees showed up the next day and power washed it twice, skip a day then showed up the following day unannounced and stained my patio a very dark red to brown color, without my permission and without me being home, no cracks or holes were fixed. My patio looks horrible, it looked better messed up, I hate it! I was livid, I contacted the owner to ask him what he told his employee to do, that I did not authorize that and I don't want it like that, that it is extremely ugly, it is very dirty looking and he sprayed over some rust spots instead of clearing them. The owner returned my message with a, "That was nice... We went out of our way to fit you in." (You mean you did your damn job?!) He states that the crack and the rock pops are with in normal range and common in this Minnesota weather and they can't fix them and that I would have to wait a year to see how am I staying faded, but first he argued that they didn't stain it at all and that my patio was just dirty to begin with, to which I stated, "How is that possible when they were the ones who sealed it to begin with and his employee power washed it twice?!" ‍ Chad then went on to tell me that they could come back next year and grind it down if I wanted to pay them to do that, I stated "Why would I pay you to do something I didn't ask you to do to begin with?!?" He went on to tell me that it didn't matter if I took him to small claims court because they were the best concrete company in the city and they do the best work, I told him that if he was willing to put the work he did on my patio on the front page of his website and Facebook page to show their great craftsmanship for a minimum of 30 days I would keep it as is and let it go, he did or not respond and has now blocked my messages. Very unprofessional and unorganized with a lack of customer service skills. Within the last three years, with this company and one other company that I've had update my house, I've spent $17,000 I've had poor work done by two different companies, this shouldn't be allowed to happen and I am beyond tired of paying good money for poor work!

We moved in 3 years ago and it's been one water leak, water heater burst, or even the dryer breaking after another. Let's not even mention the crazy heat upstairs in the summer. (Even if the vents are flipped or not) The cabinets were so old and warped that the shelves would fall when any weight was placed on it. The closet doors separating the Washer/Dryer unit just never worked, so we had them removed. When we moved in, they had painted so quickly that there was paint splatter on the carpet, baseboards and whatnot. (That should have been our first clue.) Of the 6-8 water issues that we've had (with two main water pipe bursts flooding the entire first floor), we saw our ceiling, wall, carpet ripped up and out and then remain that way for weeks/months while they waiting for the GIANT LOUD FANS to dry out the plaster/carpet. A few of the times the carpet was never even shampo'd. and certainly was NEVER REPLACED. We spent a good chunk of time sitting on top of our kitchen table because everything was shoved into a corner while everything dried up for a month. Oh and for all of these issues we received, WAIT FOR IT, half off of ONE months rent. 8 water issues spread through 3-4 years and HALF OFF ONE MONTH RENT (yippee skipee) and not 8 times. 7 of those water issues still saw us paying full price for the month in question. It wasn't until the 8th water issue did they actually call a plumber to address the situation and replaced the entire first floor piping. One mustn't forget the lovely yearly hornets nest out front of our unit (it's a great selling point) that couldn't be taken care of because it was too high to reach with the spray bottle. I really loved our mice issue. We were giving old school mouse traps to resolve the issue, our dog loved the peanut butter smell on the mouse traps. They even wanted us to continue "reusing" the mouse traps after we threw the dead mouse away. I stopped naming the mice after I ran out of dwarf names from Sleeping Beauty. Finally after 1.5 months, Plunketts was called to resolve the issue and finally addressed it. Now, when the contractors came to fix the flooring, we were instructed to remove everything off the floor. The contractors unfortunately broke some materials on the wall. The response from the office, "I'm sorry that you feel the contractors broke a few items." Umm, they did and they placed the broken pieces in a nice pile on our counter with a note saying "Sorry!" My favorite part, the maintenance associate before we moved out said, "I'll be honest, if you don't get your full deposit back, I'd be livid." I don't believe in burning bridges or even giving low reviews, but for real. Skip this company. I don't really blame any one person, I blame the management company who certainly skimps on quality. I have pictures, I'll have to add them at a later date. Be wary of the employees reviewing to bump their star rating.

Anything that happened in the home, they were quick to fix and take care of at anytime. They allowed pets as well, and on holidays they would make holiday themed gift bags for our pets accordingly to their registration with our landlord! Lots of treats and toys year round for our fur babies! It's extremely spacious and allows for a lot of room for furniture. The one car garage was absolutely wonderful to have as well, we had a second fridge in ours and we could still park, and have our garbage and recycling cans in there too! During the winter the landlords give you a bucket of salt to share with the townhome next to you. This way you don't have to worry about buying it yourself. They also shovel and plow as well! As well as having lawn service in the summers too, this place is all around absolutely amazing. I recommend it to just about everyone I encounter looking for a new place to live. If my jobs hadn't taken me else where, I wouldn't have left! The only down side some may see, which I do not as a long time pet owner, but if the pets do cause damage, that will be taken from the deposit. But that's a normal pet owner thing!! I definitely wasn't worried about it.
