They do the best work out of anyone I have ever hired for exterior work on my home. I would hire this company again.

We hired Innovative Building and design for replace 5 windows and replace siding/soffit/fascia, and repair a leaking skylight in 2024. Signed a contract and paid 1/3 of total cost down payment on 5/17. I was told the project would only take a few weeks. The windows needed to be installed before siding, but there were multiple delays getting windows measured, ordered, delivered. Windows were finally delivered to our house on 7/22. The skylight/roof was fixed on 7/26. Window crew was slow and sloppy. Windows were "done" in a few days in early August, but then they took weeks to get the trim installed. One bright spot was the siding crew. Walter and crew tore off the old siding and wrapped the house in a day. They also paid attention to details like light fixtures, wiring, etc., and changed out some siding after I changed my mind about a minor detail. They also returned flower pots and other landscaping items when finished. They even came out on a Sat. to install new gutters. Most of the work was done in by mid-August, but it took until October to finish a few details. We had a new front door installed, pole wrapped, etc. Once they were done(over 5 months later), they tried to charge us for the windows twice(maybe a mistake, but the siding price was as much as the windows/siding original estimate), and also charged us for multiple items they said were covered. Innovative replaced my hail damaged roof on Friday August 16th and I am so disappointed. I am a single female homeowner and feel as though the company took advantage of that. When I had concerns about items not completed and damage to my garage doors I contacted Tony and the owner Joe. Joe told me he would call me back but has not, and Tony came out to my house today to literally yell at me for "calling the owner and freaking out about things I didn't know about" in my own front yard. I admit I'm not in the construction industry but knew they didn't replace my drip edge as stated in my State Farm claim, they put white flashing on my tan home and the roofers damaged my garage doors. I really wanted to like this company and did read the reviews prior to picking them but am regretting it now. Very questionable integrity read more

These guys were very professional and did a good job! The sales guy did not try to upsell us on anything, instead, he offered us options and gave his opinion when needed. They replaced our roofing and siding that was damaged in the storms of June 2017. We plan to use them again on remodeling projects. Highly recommend! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Justin and his team at Innovative Building & Design. Justin and his team helped me with a leaky roof caused by hail damage we sustained earlier in the year. I called them in the fall last year. Despite being in the middle of their busy season and my last minute planning, they were able to accommodate me and replace my roof along with downspouts. What a relief it was to find a company like Innovative. I had contacted two other companies, each of whom had agreed and confirmed a start date to re-roof my house -- and neither one showed up! There was not even a phone call from these folks. I called three other companies, each one setting a review of the job for an estimate, but Innovative actually followed up immediately and the co-owner drove over (even though he was on his way to lunch with his wife!) to introduce himself and scan the job. As the interview progressed, I was completely satisfied with the professionalism and earnestness of the company. I hired them on the spot and called the other businesses to cancel the estimates. The job was completed in one day; the crew were highly professional, careful and efficient. When I had a question on one small part of the finished roof, Justin came over and reviewed the full job, helping me to understand the question I had. I highly recommend Innovative Building & Design.
