Awesome event! We…read morereally enjoyed this event, even though it was absolutely freezing. It's a bit of a drive if you live in the Gilbert area, but it's a wonderful exhibit for families, friends, and even date nights if you're into lights and scenic walks. Just be sure to wear very warm clothing and comfortable shoes because once you start walking... there's no turning back and it takes a good 1.5hrs to get through it all. lol. For me, after about 15min I was ready to go but not to discredit the event. I didn't come in warm and comfortable clothing, having arriving right after work and at the last minute deciding to go. Parking is $15, and the crew was very friendly. Kim, one of the parking attendants, was especially amazing--she deserves a raise and should definitely return next year. The ticket booth attendant with blue hair was also super polite and kind. I especially want to highlight the entry staff--Sharon, Maribel, and Andrew. They were a total hoot and truly made the entry experience fun. I even spent time chatting with them and learned a lot about what goes into this fantastic setup. I was also able to bless a family with tickets (don't worry about how ). Be a blessing to others this season Overall, this was a great way to get exercise while enjoying the view.

My 9 year old and I were all smiles the whole walk through. Between the bright dazzling lights,…read moreintricate designs, and interactive fixtures we were completely enthralled by it all. It's divided into four areas: bugs, holidays, ra8nforest, and prehistoric. Everything moves and each interactive piece had us laughing. We went through in under 90 minutes as we were a bit rushed to get somewhere after, but could have spent much longer. The installation runs until January 4th. Pro tips: arrive just before opening for closer parking. Use restrooms at the entrance (port-a-potties) as the next ones are halfway through (not port-a-potty). Parking is an additional $15, but pay for parking online ahead of time to save a few bucks. Allow for longer and take your time to enjoy every interaction and photo op.

We had been hesitant to come give this place a try for years because of the bad reviews…read more We have been pleasantly surprised to find that we received outstanding, friendly service, and we did not experience any games that were not working. Not only was everything in working order, but we were shocked to find several very rare games here! For example Jumping Jackpot, Chameleon Paradise, the Flintstone's coin push machine, a sit down version of Pirate's Hook. Icee's were good as was the soda. Didn't have actual food, but since the service was slightly slow, the lady gave us all these drinks for free which was super generous and fantastic! In the arcade there are multiple tables WITH CHAIRS where parents can actually sit down whilst their children play their hearts out. I have never seen actual chairs available throughout an arcade before, and we got to them all. Very refreshing! Now I know next time we can bring the grandparents. Ropes course looks super fun and is up above the arcade. If you want to bowl, they have about 20 lanes available. Prize selection is high quality and diverse. Far superior to Fat Cat's, Peter Piper, Chuck E. Cheese, etc. Again, if you have been avoiding this place due to the bad reviews, we encourage you to give it a chance. We loved it, and we had an awesome time. Will definitely be back. I only wish they would offer some kind of summer pass like Dave and Buster's. That would make it even better. Happy gaming! :-)

I assumed it would be delicious. And that was quite an assumption. It was not thick, milky, and flavorless. Now usually add these places the food isn't the best so I wasn't looking for a five star pallet. We played it safe and got starters some wings and the burger, Philly steak and wing trio. Everything was cold over salted and mushy. It was terrible. Even my children couldn't eat it . And not only is it terrible it's not cheap. So crappy food crappy prices and mediocre service. I left their feeling ashamed and dirty. Plus their hand soap is about 3 feet up on the mirrors. If any kids are washing their hands, they're definitely not using soap because there's no way that they can reach it.

Amazing and upstanding service hosted by ALEX during our briefing prior to our intermediate race…read more First time ever coming to a place like this. We decided to come on a Wednesday afternoon for a Birthday with my girlfriend. Due to this being our first time behind the wheel of a high powered go-kart, we did have a lot of questions and concerns. The young man whose name was ALEX was just phenomenal. With a lot of nerves and questions Alex without hesitation and with great professionalism addressed each and every concern while putting nerves to rest. My girlfriend after speaking with him and after the pre-race briefing was ready and fit for action. It's hard to find such great character and hard working individuals these days. I highly suggest you go see Alex and I do hope he gets the much deserved credit he deserves for being a genuine, upstanding, and hard-working individual one hopes they could find at any place of business.

The area is huge with tons of arcade games. The racing was fun although it was hard to know when it was starting. The safety brief/orientation was a minimum. It was hard to hear the staff especially with our helmets on. Also did not like that they used our full government name for the leaderboard (especially bc this was sent via email)- would've liked the option for an alias or just first names. The VR game was very immersive (reminded me of Disney's VOID but scaled down). The racing simulator and 7D experience was just ok. Waiting for attractions, there would be either no staff to help (and you're waiting in line for nothing) or an over abundance of staff hanging around.
