I hardly ever come out to the movies, but this place was awesome!…read more It was my first time visiting a Harkins theatre and the whole experience was a 10/10. Everything was so clean and new. The people working were all really friendly and happy. I came on a Thursday evening, so there weren't any lines. Not only do they have a full bar, but they actually offered mocktails too! I choose the Paloma one they offered, and my friend had a glass of wine. It was an awesome experience and I will probably come back here exclusively for movies from now on.

I asked for two of my popcorn perks because every other time I've come to this location, arrowhead, and even one in Tucson, they've always let me redeem more than one popcorn at a time. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude when I asked for a second popcorn, and she said you could only do one per visit. I was like, that's never happened before, I've always been able to redeem more than one. She had such an attitude and she was so unpleasant. There was a girl next to her in a red shirt, and she literally watched this entire interaction happened and didn't say a single thing to her. I don't understand why some locations say one thing and then other locations say something different. It's very confusing. The customer service was absolutely terrible.

It was my first time at a drive-in movie theater and I must say that it was a very neat experience!…read more It was set as a surprise actually and I didn't know where we were going until we got there. Partly too since I had fallen asleep on the way which made it even better when I woke up as we turned into the property. We arrived about 30 minutes before our designated show time (10:15p), had enough time to go through entry, get snacks, use the bathroom and park. The signs were mildly confusing so we landed on the wrong screen at first which. Luckily that was an easy correction. You just gotta know by the audio not matching the images. I liked the idea of tuning into an FM station for audio and being able to talk, or even be in a more private space to see the film. It was hard to see the darker scenes though, given some light pollution on nearby areas. That's to be expected for projectors anyways. I would love to be able to do this again soon.

As this was our first time visiting and coming from out of town for a Birthday getaway. The birthday lady is every bit of deserving and wanted to do something super special for her. After by chance and luck being able to connect with Richard, he bent over backwards to make the night as special and magical as ever. We also got lucky and got to catch some live military training. The birthday lady is from Indiana so knows a good drive-in she says. This is one of if not her favorite drive-in spots and we will be returning. Thank you so much again Richard. We are forever grateful.

My husband's seat just kept reclining even after he stopped pushing the buttons. There was popcorn all over in between the cushion, and everything just appeared to be old and overused. For the price they charge to see a movie nowadays, I think these seats should be cleaned and checked regularly to ensure they work properly. Oh and the drink prices at the bar were so expensive! Definitely disappointing for sure.

But once you get your tickets checked it's a disaster. The soda machine was so gross. No ice in any of the 4 machines. There was trash everywhere you looked. Things got worse when I went into the bathroom. Again trash, EVERYWHERE. Trash cans overflowing along with the trash bins in the stalls. Clogged up toilets. A leak with water flowing down the floor drain. The smell was of urine. I couldn't believe my eyes and smell. The theater room was also disappointing. The chairs are so old and you can tell they are so dirty and need a cleaning. The carpet was filthy, the carpet in the steps was ripping and torn. I do not suggest coming to the place. If anything, it needs new management and a makeover. Or it needs to be closed. AMC should be embarrassed

Don't pay for VIP parking, that's a $40 joke. We parked in VIP and had to walk past all General Parking to get to the end of the entry line to get into the Amphitheatre and there is no benefit of being let out first or anything like that, just a wasted $40. Beers were $18 and they don't take cash, so expect to be asked if you want to give them $3.24 (18%), $3.60 (20%), or $3.96 (22%) for reaching back and grabbing and opening a can of beer for you. The line for beer was short and the bathroom line was only 5 min. or so. All and all, it was a good concert and now I know not to pay the $40 fee next time.

I'm new to this venue and attended a concert being that my favorite rock band, Evanescence is on…read moretour and this was my first time visiting this venue as I am also new to the state so I'm gonna try to make my review as clear as possible. Although the venue is great on the inside, I don't understand its location. It's smack in the middle of apartments and homes, just bizarre. The exterior fencing is terrible and you'd think they give the venue a facelift. From the outside, it's not visually appealing but I digress. Okay, here's my rant of observations: -- When I bought my ticket for a concert, I received an email that informed me to check in at Gate 3, only to learn that I had to wait at Gate 2. This is frustrating, especially when a venue says one thing but the details are wrong. -- When you get the venue entrance, there is no signage to indicate which lines attendees should stand in, making it difficult to differentiate fast lanes and general. The day of my concert, attendees stood in lines that were meant for fast passing, and you can see that staff was lost on this too. This is what happens when nothing is marked to direct foot traffic. Gates opened at 5:30pm, yet attendees were still left standing in the direct sun/heat long after the gate open time. There's no misters out front while waiting, no shade, and you it was obvious that the staff that day didn't seem as prepared leading up to the gates opening. It was a complete sh**show. -- The digital ticket scanners were hit or miss in scanning tickets. My fast pass and venue tickets were auto added to my digital wallet, provided by Ticketmaster and did not have a barcode. One staff member kept telling me the machine needs my ticket with a barcode but this did not exist. Then, my fast pass ticket wouldn't scan properly, which took several tries only for the scanner to glitch and say that my ticket was already scanned. This was upsetting just trying to get into the venue. -- Once inside the venue, I asked staff where Guest Services was on the East side of the venue and the staff member had no idea. He said he would radio for inquiry but left me standing without any info. It took me asking him again for him to then ask another staff member who also didn't know where it was located. They simply said "it's somewhere over there". Uhhh, okay. Whatever. I eventually found it. -- Again, no clear signage marked to direct the flow of foot traffic once inside the venue. Before the start of the show, the venue had industrial fans running under the lower level shaded structure, which helped with circulation. However, before the first band hit the stage, the fans were turned off and left off for the rest of the evening. In the summertime, this is terrible. No circulation, sweat, dust, seats built too closely to one another, and pi**ed off people because the fans were not running. This can be dangerous. -- The lack of water refill stations--there were all of two areas where these were setup and that's right at the east/west near at Guest Services. There was no water stations placed near the lower levels/lawn sections, again making foot traffic a complete pain. I bought a drink in one of those shaker glasses but requested my drink be non-alcoholic, yet the staff claimed they still had to charge me full price even though my drink wasn't alcoholic. This makes no sense. -- VIP guests, such as myself who paid a lot of money for a show here, I expected a little better, more smooth flowing services. For example, those receiving merchandise with their VIP package, you had to walk on the opposite (east) side of the venue to collect your merchandise. Again, a poor process that needs improvement. VIPs should be given their merchandise at gate entry designated for them. This isn't rolling out a red carpet in treatment but creating a more streamlined process of handling things. -- While many of the staff were friendly, a lot of them seemed to just stand around chatting and not really tending to attendees, gates, or areas. Much of this time could've been cut down had they more focused. -- Lastly, the $80 fee for "easy out" parking is ridiculous when there's nothing easy about getting out if vehicles are stuck waiting TO get out. To make matters worse, police blocks off main streets, preventing poor and stagnant traffic flow and unnecessary detours. It just becomes a madhouse of ridiculousness getting out. However, in my opinion, the easy out parking is better than general and premier parking options. So, would I come back to this venue? I'm not against it depending on the artists touring and the venue inside isn't bad per se, but it does need several improvements, especially if they want to host major artists here. If there's signs that permit smoking, yet people ignore it, this is a problem. The venue needs a structural facelift and the terrible exterior fencing needs to be upgraded to an iron gate all around. As it looks now, it's looks very run down.

Originally founded as the Morgan Athletic Club in Chicago in 1898, the team became a charter member of the NFL when the league was established in 1920. Despite being the oldest club in the league, the team is still seeking its first Super Bowl victory. I have told many of my out-of-state friends that Arizona sports fans have a high pain tolerance. We're practically masochists because it is ROUGH being an Arizona sports fan. As a born and raised Arizonan, I bare the bruises and defeats with as much grace as I can. I pretty much learned to never be too hopeful. I keep a healthy level of enthusiasm and expectation. That said, I love me my Cards.

Then my wife and I bought our season tickets in 1993, and we have been enjoying gameday experiences ever since. Of course, the new stadium was a big change, and we have seen so many fun games at the new place. We enjoy the cooler weather to start the seasons but wish the roof was open more than it has been. The whole point of the roof was to provide us with a cool place to play in the hottest months when the seasons start. Then it is supposed to be open the rest of the time. Playing in the building with the roof closed when the outside weather is beautiful makes no sense. Football is generally supposed to be played outdoors, IMHO. Kind of stuffy to play it in an industrial building with a closed roof. We have met many new friends since the games shifted over to Glendale and still see many friends from the SDS days. There's just something about the gameday experience and supporting the Cards in person that a big screen TV at home cannot compete with. Love that they have added some better drink options over the years so we can drink some non-soda drinks, like lemonade and Vitamin Water. Great popcorn deals as well. See you at a game soon and best of luck on the 50/50 drawing.
