I had been in the market for a used Chevrolet 2500 High Country 4X4 for a month utilizing the…read moreinternet. I had been in contact with Carvana as well as three other car dealerships. Each one included "add ons" or "additional charges''on top of the requested sale price. Seems to be the norm these days, however when I contacted Rafael Loera at Richards Chevrolet, he was honest and straightforward from the very beginning about the 2500 they had for sale. I live 200 miles from Richards Chevrolet and I didn't want to drive all the way down there and have a surprise about the price. Rafael Loera was completely honest and forthcoming during every phone call and text message we shared. He sent me an invoice and set up financing for me prior to my arrival and after we agreed upon the price of the truck. I took Amtrak to Corcoran for $48.00 and walked a block to Richards Chevrolet where Rafael was waiting for me. The truck had been washed, detailed, and filled with gas (35 gallon tank/diesel) which impressed me even more. Rafael Loera made the whole process as easy and simple as possible.
