We are full-time RVrs and this is our home. We finally were able to determine that they did not have a full-time gas mechanic on staff who could work on it. But we had to find that out through our warranty company. It sat there from mid May through July before we found out. If there had been open, honest communication, it would have gone a long way with us. We finally had to have it towed to another facility in another town.

There is no assigned parking spot. So you could pay for a 43' spot and have to shove your RV into a tight 30' spot. It happens right? No big deal. Except when you try to get a pro rate for the month. Pulling your RV out for half the month and have to pay a full month. Its a shame the Lemoore RV Center does not prorate. They charge for the full month. If able go somewhere else. The conclusion of our business dealings is the company nickel and dimes you for your RV being stored "by the foot" and then does not guarantee you a quality spot.

I took my car to town & country car wash, they did my carpets in an hour. I still haven't heard from them about the partial refund. We called Ford dealers in Bakersfield and Visalia, both of which told us they would get to it in a week. We called Mark's and they had us bring it right in. I understand this is not a problem with this U-Haul location but it is with U-Haul services in general. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.
